B: Avocado mashed on one toasted whole meal toast. Tea with splash of skimmed milk.
L: salad with one smoked mackerel fillet, one apple, mint tea.
Snack: whole grain rice cake with a tsp peanut butter
D: chicken and veg with noodles.
4lbs lost, 7 to go!

i haven’t posted in a while, it seems I lost my mojo but this morning it’s back 🙈 Every month for about a week I have no control and end up eating everything I shouldn’t!

Last weeks WI was 1lb on but I’m sure there’s a few more to add on this week!

Trying not to feel down about it I just need to get back on it!!

Well I ended up having 31 syns on chocolate and things last night. Still within weekly syns thankfully (I get 150).

Breakfast - grapenuts (heb and part hea for milk) and blueberries.

Lunch - omlette, beans, mushrooms and brown sauce (1/2 syn)

Tea - batchelors pasta n sauce mac & cheese (3.5) with 40g rf cheese (hea), spring onions and cherry tomatoes.

Not sure about snacks yet.

L - Roasted veg with prawns and feta (hea)

D - beef stew with cauli and broccoli with new pots.

Not sure about snacks yet - weigh in at 6pm so I'll eat afterwards. I'm really hoping for a maintain, I've not had a good week this week. Sad

B- cinnamon omelette and stewed apple. Not a great combo

L - baked potato beans and cheese (hea)

D - pasta with squash (3 syns for oil)

S - 2 starburst (2), 2 thorntons caramel bites (6!!!). Realistically probably some chocolate too

B: mug oat cake (2.5) with blueberries

Sn: two mcd's fish fingers (4), banana and a hifi bar (3)

L: chicken stirfry with brown rice

Sn: popcorn (3), blueberries, half an apple and two clementines

D: homemade chilli with baked potato, reduced fat cheddar and jalapeños 😋

Can't stop eating today

B - coffee fruit and hifi

L - pasta n sauce and salad (1/2 syn)

D - out for meal yikes! Prob a few drinks too!

B-mango, rapberries, yogurt and mango sauce(1)
L-baked potato, beans and bacon
D-roast chicken, chips, corn on cob, salad and flat bread (ww wrap for me)

This week is hard going. I'm tired having issues with stroppy 14 year old who has decided I'm the worst person in the world as I dared to speak to her form teacher at parents evening about an issue she's having in one of her subjects. I may have turned to wine last nightGrinBlush

I've done it gain. Had 3 kitkats, 3 packs of crisps, 2 curly wurly, cheese, scone with butter, hot chocolate with marshmallows and cream, big bag of maoam fruit chews. Think I should stop posting as I'm not really helping anymore on here eating like this. Sorry.

I finally weighed in and I put on a pound :( It's not just the 3 meals out last weekend (although I never clawed my weight back from that) - I've had gin the last 2 nights as I've got my period and it hurts and I'm depressed. Also I don't think I've been counting things as much as I should - been a bit rough around the edges. I've also not had enough speed, I know, I just want to eat potatoes when the weather is like this.

I feel like I'm so bad at this! I do well for a small amount of time then I fail! I keep failing. Oh well. I suppose I should just keep trying. I have a vat-load of muller light yoghurts coming in a shop this evening. I don't think they're great but I've had my best weeks when I've snacked on those rather than anything else.

B - baked apple, ff yoghurt (1.5 syn)

Everything else to be decided - should probably eat some stuff from the freezer when I'm at home

Well I had a maintain last night which I suppose I should be pleased with considering the week I had.

B - egg bites and a banana

L - roasted veg with prawns

D - nothing. Have some girl friends coming round tonight and will be stuffing my face with wine, crisps and god knows what else. Will need to be really on plan from tomorrow.

Yes I know blondes but you're not supposed to only have potatoes. The ability to eat potatoes and pasta is the main reason I'm doing (and have stuck with) sw

Had potato beans and cheese for lunch, was lush. 4 syns for butter and worth it.

Have some prawns in the freezer and trying to think of something nice and speedy i could do with them for dinner.

I often have a jacket with Tuna

Or sw chips made with new potatoes sliced with mince and veg

Then salad with either of the above
