OK so tonight hasn't gone so well.

Prawn Puree
Chicken and lamb sizzle
Naan bread
Mushroom rice
Too much wine

I'm going to be so annoyed with myself in the morning!

lifesbetteraftertea · 17/11/2019 08:20

@SpiderCharlotte I also messed up last night! Made lovely Diet Coke chicken and noodles but polished it off with far too much red wine ! Oops! Let's start fresh today and it won't matter too much!

SpiderCharlotte · 17/11/2019 08:25

@lifesbetteraftertea I'm SO annoyed without myself this morning! I seem to have accidentally eaten half a pack of slated peanuts when I got home too. Ah well, new day today!

FiveNightsAtMummys · 17/11/2019 09:48

Non scales victory!!
Fitting into clothes that didn't fit or any other benefits of losing weight that don't involve scales Smile

FiveNightsAtMummys · 17/11/2019 19:57

Today's food:

Breakfast - pancakes, greek yog and berries.

No lunch

Tea - full pack of mushroom stir fry (least I've got my daily fibre), 6 quorn nuggets (3 syns) and tenderstem brocolli.

Snacks will be a fruit salad tonight (persimmon, melon, banana, apple, satsuma), quark with choc shot (1/2 syn) and some nairns chocolate biscuits (5.5 syns). Finishing on 9 syns. Not had my hex today apart from 1/2 of one for some milk.

TigerJoy · 17/11/2019 20:43

@Blondeshavemorefun that's fantastic! 👏👏👏

@FiveNightsAtMummys not tried those but i do just cinnamon pancakes - cinnamon and egg. I can't stand sweetener and I've tried loads - I'd rather syn 1 tsp sugar for 1 syn! Will try adding vanilla essence though, thanks for the tip

B - porridge with oat milk, 1 syn for honey
L - out. Had cod brandade which was cod with mash then roast beef. Had Yorkshire and 2 roasts. Was not going to eat bread but they brought warm wholemeal onion and treacle bread with rosemary butter...what's a girl to do?...1 decaf espressonwith 1 sugar. Estimate roughly 1000 syns
D - pasta bake, used 1 tsp of oil in the sauce not 1 tbsp, lowfat cheese.

S - really pleased - made roasted chickpeas with spices and lots of salt. Not quite right but super tasty and 1 tsp oil. Better than peanuts. Will make again. 2 fevertree tonic water

I've made roasted cauliflower soup for tomorrow - took bloody ages and is 2 small portions but looks good. Will probably have to eat something else as well as this week at work is tough and I'm doing lots of cycling between meetings (including up a bloody big hill tomorrow!)

TigerJoy · 18/11/2019 12:16

Soup is small. Are oatcakes really 2 syns each? We've got the nairn ones which are 39cals each - surely 2 syns is a bit unfair for something that clearly involves a free ingredient...

Blondeshavemorefun · 18/11/2019 13:58

What is free in the oat cakes

B toast b egg ham beans

L ommlette with pepper onion ham spinach cheese a

T mince and veg. Sw chips and cheese a

S crisps 6 bar 3

That seems harsh tiger, 2 syns?!
I really rate the promise gluten free rolls. You can have a decent size white sub roll for a heb. They are really nice too.
I can't manage on just soup for lunch,by 2 o'clock I'm ready to eat my own hand.

Blondeshavemorefun · 18/11/2019 14:07

Yep soup doesn’t fill me up

But the tom one I made last week and yesterday , I have w cup between meals

But gawd I fart on it. Must be the beans 😂😂

TigerJoy · 18/11/2019 14:56

You're right nothing is free i was thinking the oats are but they're not. I had 3 so somehow I am at 11 syns today and no bloody chocolate! Well that's my lesson.

I have had 3 magical pounds appear this morning (one for each meal out apparently) so no treats me for today and tomorrow.

TigerJoy · 18/11/2019 14:56

On the plus side the oatcakes really filled me up! I'm still stuffed.

Blondeshavemorefun · 18/11/2019 16:36
