B- porridge
L- fruit and yogurt
T- roast beef dinner (syn free)
S- vodka & slimline, a few biscuits and sweets. Not gone mad but I'll be over my syns but no where near as bad as last Sunday

Do you know what I've been on plan all bloody week since weds and I've just got on the scales band they've not shifted! Not even a sodding ounce. I've said no so many times this week!

Ok, after a rocky half term (and building work at the same time) and a few nights away, I did blow out, but would like to take a good that whilst I was seriously over syns, I was still being mindful, if that makes sense?! Stayed the same on Friday. Gutted, but my own doing.

So today will be:

B: Berries, FF Greek Yog
L: Butternut Squash Soup (free) and wholemeal roll (hexb)
D: Salmon Stir Fry (2.5 for honey)
S: Carrot Sticks, melon if I can be arsed to cut it up eye roll

A's on milk for tea and am thinking of warming on a chocolate soya milk for a hot chocolate.

Syns: No doubt a gin and slimline tonic after after school club exhaustion.

Random: Is tinned spaghetti free?
Also - what are your fave speed foods to snack on?

@troppibambini this really pisses me off too..... I know it'll go eventually and in prob a day or two you'll drop 1 to 2 lbs overnight but it's a nightmare to keep the motivation up when it happens

I'm slightly calmer now. It is frustrating and sunshine you're hopefully right. I'm being super good today but if they don't move by weds I'm launching the scales out of the window!!

D-chicken madras with rice and roasted veg

Well as I predicted I maintained which is a bit crap but i had a chat with the consultant who has persuaded me not to bury my face in a plate of cakes so onwards and downwards hopefully....

Only lost 0.5lbs this week which is annoying. I only ate veg soup all weekend because of my tooth so was expecting at least 1lb...😰 So frustrating

Hope it's okay to join in! Started 8th Jan and lost 12lbs so far. Hoping to get my shiny 1 stone certificate on next Wednesday.

Today's menu:
B: Porridge (HeA & B) with strawberry, blueberry and raspberries
L: Mixed salad with broken up Babybel (forgot to pick up sliced chicken!) & 1 apple
D: Sausage Casserole (with syn free Linda McCartney veggie Red Onion and Rosemary sausages)
S: Carrot sticks, Babybel (HeA)
