Hi everyone, lovely to see all your successes! I joined at end of October and was doing really well. I’m almost 40 and have tried every diet under the sun, including SW many times before, but something just seemed to click and I was sure I’d cracked it. Even food optimised on holiday, but since Christmas I can’t seem to get back into that headspace and I’m only half a pound lighter than just before Christmas. I feel like I’m on a ‘diet’ again and constantly craving/ dreaming about sweet things/ fast food, whereas a few months ago they had lost their appeal. I would give anything to be back in that place, but just can’t seem to get there. I’m sticking to plan for the most part, but finding it tough and either maintaining or losing .5lb. Just for perspective I’ve lost just under 2 stone and still gave 3 to go.
Sorry for the long post, but any tips on getting back on track?

TheReef · 19/02/2020 13:30

B- tea
L- 3x eggs, salad and a cheese sandwich (heA and heB)
T- steak, wedges and mushrooms
S- yogurt and frozen fruit

Nodancingshoes · 19/02/2020 19:55

Well done everyone this week - even if it hasn't gone very well, at least we are trying! 😉
B: all bran (heB) and skimmed milk (hea) (ran out of fruit so no speed..)
L: some kind of spicy chicken - was the kids dinner leftovers, I work in a nursery
D: jacket potato, beans, cheese (hea)

troppibambini · 20/02/2020 10:16

Well done collision that's a great achievement you must feel amazing!

JBfletcher a lady gave me some advice about getting back on plan when struggling she has lost 7 stone. She said meal plan for the week and make your meals your favourite things and also lots of chips!!
She basically means stick to it but have the things that don't feel like diet food so maybe cheese and bacon burger with fries and salad or sausage and mash or a fry up. Don't try and go in too hard and make it as easy as possible for yourself.
I hope you manage itSmile

I weighed yesterday and gained half. Ot the end of the world but we're going on holiday in May and we're hopefully going to a gorgeous resort in turkey which is full of very slim glamorous Russian women.

I will not be hauling my size 14 (more like 16) arse around that swimmming poolGrinGrin
