Is it alright to join you at this late stage?! I've been watching this thread for a while for inspiration, started SW online in January and so far have lost 19lbs with weigh-ins being Friday, really hoping for a 1lb loss tomorrow so I can say I've lost 20lbs Grin

I'm not a breakfast person so today have had -

L - butternut squash soup (1 syn for coconut milk), toast (HeB) and butter (2syns)

D - will be chilli with rice, natural yog and cheese (1 x HeA)

S - apple and pear with a wee bit of cheese (1 x HeA)

Blondeshavemorefun · 26/03/2020 16:53

Welcome @jingle

Helloooo!!
Welcome jingle Smile
First day back on plan! Come we can do this! we can emerge from lockdown beautiful slim butterflys rather than the overweight alcoholic blob I'm rapidly becomingGrinGrin

B-coffee x a ridiculous amount
L-jacket pot with beans and ham
S-banana, Greek yogurt and maple syrup (2)
D-spaghetti with braised beef in tomato sauce
Mini fingers (5.5) and will have a curly wurly (6) later

No wine!

troppibambini · 27/03/2020 18:29

Forgot 2alpen lights (heb)

JingleAndTonic · 27/03/2020 19:34

Emerging from lockdown as a slim butterfly is exactly my goal! Grin I lost 1lb this week which takes me to the 20lb loss I was after, hoping for another 1 off next week so it'll then be 1.5 stone lost.

Have been quite bad today on the fruit and veg front in that I've had 0 veg, but am within syns and it is Friday so I'm just going with it..

L - wholemeal toast (HeB) with peanut butter (4 syns) and banana

T - SW chips and the Iceland crispy chicken dippers of which I had 10 so 10 syns (they're small!), not a single sighting of speed involved and I have no regrets Grin

S - apple with cheese (HeA)

My goal is to be 100% on plan this weekend after a few very bad weekends full of wine and crisps Blush

Sorry I'm back, managed to stay off the wine at the weekend but unfortunately did cave to the crisps. Hope baby blones birthday was fab and you all enjoyed the cake!

Today's menu for me so far is

L - cheese toastie (hea & b) an apple and butternut squash soup, 1 syn for coconut milk

S - strawbs which choc shot and a lemon drizzle fibre one bar, 4.5 syns total

Not sure what's on the menu for tea tonight, I have a couple of the ICeland SW ready meals lurking in the freezer that I might be desperate enough to eat if it really comes to it!

troppibambini · 01/04/2020 12:51

Hello blondes!!!! Grin

Consistency is my problem at the moment.....

Yesterday was a good day finished on 7 syns
Today will be another good day.

B-raspberries, banana and Greek yogurt
L-butternut squash soup with ham and salady bits
D-something involving chicken thighs maybe some kind of tray bake...

What's everyone up to today?

I've baked scones with the kids, defrosting the freezer and trying to do a bit of school work with the kids...

Dh is taking the kids for a long walk they need to let off some steam!!

JingleAndTonic · 01/04/2020 13:44

That sounds good @troppibambini! I'm WFH which I do most of the time anyway so nothing much has changed for me day-to-day, I've just been out with the dogs on my lunch and delved into the depths of the freezer and found a lonely piece of chicken which is now defrosting for tea, think I might make it into some sort of southern fried chicken effort and will splash out on a few syns for some of the Mayflower southern gravy - tastes just like KFC Grin

troppibambini · 01/04/2020 16:47

Mmmm jingle that sounds good!

I'm roasting my thighs with peppers, potatoes, onions, chipotle and smoked paprika.

troppibambini · 01/04/2020 16:48

Not my own thighs obviously that would be wrongGrin

S - apple again

T - quite fancy making chinese style salt and pepper chips with lots of stir fry veg and some curry sauce (3 syns) but we don't have any peppers which might ruin it it!

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/04/2020 15:02

T chicken and salad in pitta b with cheese a

OP posts:
JingleAndTonic · 03/04/2020 11:27

I've lost 1lb taking me to 1.5 stone lost, woohoo!!

T - homemade chilli cheese pie (6 syns for the pie crust, hea for cheese) SW chips, peas and carrots

S - apple, then it's all gone down hill as I've eaten 4 biscuits (2 chocolate digestives, a leibniz biscuit and a shortbread finger, they were delicious) with my virtual teabreak through work Blush taking me up to 24 syns for the day, oops

Blondeshavemorefun · 03/04/2020 13:26

Congrats @gin

Well done both of you!! I think any kind of losses at the moment are fab!!
I'm weighing in on weds which is my usually day.
I'm really trying to look everyday as I think it doesn't do me any favours!
B-nectarines and Greek yogurt
L-leek and potato soup with ham, cucumber, pickled onions and a rice cake (1.5)
D-I think will be chilli but made with casserole steak rather than mince.

I'm trying to get a bit of cleaning done today... not very successfully but the thought was thereGrin

JingleAndTonic · 03/04/2020 13:47

@Blondeshavemorefun that's fab! I have it on good authority that birthday cake calories aren't real Wink
@troppibambini I love steak in a chilli! always get so excited when it comes that way in restaurants but never tried it myself, might have to give it a go

I just need to try and behave myself tomorrow and Sunday, but I do have a few bananas which are very brown so some banana bread might have to be made

Blondeshavemorefun · 03/04/2020 14:47

Sorry @jingle

OP posts:
JingleAndTonic · 04/04/2020 14:21

JingleAndTonic · 07/04/2020 13:25

Well done @troppibambini! I've not been the best I could be over the weekend but not terrible either Blush

L - chilli and cheese toastie (hea + b) using leftovers from last night's tea

T - also have some rice left from last night so will be special fried rice maybe with a few salt and pepper chips and some curry sauce for 4 syns

S - may or may not have had a couple of biscuits, 7 syns for the leibniz chocolate biscuits which are so tempting it's a miracle I've only had two! will force myself to eat some fruit, we have nectarines which I think might be soft enough today Grin
