Stayed completely on plan today.....

B.....porridge, fruit and yoghurt (1)

L....none but had an apple and banana

D.....2 Linda Mc sausages, jacket potato and beans and salad

I really need to plan better.

Weigh in tomorrow so trying to be good today, although I realised I've made myself a really heavy meal for tea HmmGrin

B- fat free yogurt
L- chicken salad and a baked potato
T- home made burger, wholemeal roll (heB) and sw chips (potato cut into wedges and roasted)
S- I'm just about to pour myself a vodka and tonic, slimline of course

2lb loss (wasn’t as thrilled as I should be as on Tuesday the scales said 3lbs!)

Lost 1.5lb today, that's over two weeks with a girls weekend in the middle so I'm chuffed I've lost. Only another 1.5lb to my first stone

I’ve managed to stay on plan over the Weekend which I’m pleased about plus no booze. 👏🏻👏🏻

Saturday breakfast was 3 poached eggs on 3 slices whole meal toast.
Dinner was Aldi sausages, mash and onion gravy.
Eton Mess with Mullerlight yoghurt.

Sunday will be porridge, fruit and yoghurt
Dinner will be chilli, rice and salad

Oh god week 7 and my motivation has just vaporised!

Had a crap weekend food wise, too much vodka, too many sweets, cake and crackers, I've probably done my weeks worth of syns in two days - must try harder tomorrow

Hello

Do I just say what I have eaten?

Breakfast: Overnight oats, yoghurt and frozen berries
Lunch: Two boiled eggs, red pepper, salad. balsamic dressing
Dinner: Pork stuffed with rosemary, garlic. Hassleback potatoes, carrots and beans
Dessert: Stuffed baked apple 1 teaspoon of mincemeat in the middle (B choice)

Snacks: apple, carrot sticks
Fill stuffed.
