I managed to put in 4lbs over the weekend Blush but I did have a lovely time with my friends.

Back on the wagon today and next weigh in is on Saturday morning

I'm having a tough time sticking to plan at the moment as I'm so tired which has me craving all the naughty stuff! Must resist as have just booked a holiday this summer.
Bf-fat free Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries, chocolate weetabix (HEB) and freedom choc shot (2syns)
Lunch-McCain jacket potato (0.5syn), salad and chicken thighs with paprika and onion seasoning (0.5syns)
Dinner-it's going to be pasta loaded with mushrooms, spinach and courgette mixed with a 1/2 tube of light primula (HEA).

I'm another whose struggling atm. I've drank so much with this week! Even opened a bottle last night! Today had been on plan tho which is good
B/ chocolate Wheatabix- HEA
L- homemade soup- speed/free
D- quorn chilli and roasted veg
Snacks- a triple 5 syns, light n free yog 1/2 syn, blueberries watermelon and an apple, 2 smarties buttons- 1 syn
Will have some more chocolate/ice cream soon!

Sorry we are all struggling. I am as well. Due to eating early when not really hungry due to work

And Kwym about tiredness and wanting to eat crap

Tho it was yummy. I did stuff it down as don’t fancy tea at 5. I’m usually at 730/8 girl
