Odd day today not really felt like much just picked and grazed.
I feel like I need to go back to basics and meal plan.

What's everyone's favourite Sw dish? I could with some new inspiration!

I've been so hungry today

B- bacon sandwich (bread from HeB)
L- cheese salad, baked potato, 0% fat Greek yogurt
T- masses of chilli and rice, naan bread (7syns)
S- potato skins, fruit

@tropp I made the chicken tikka masala, was bloody lovely, even the whole family prefers it.

I also made cheese and potato pastie
WW white wrap (heB)
40g light cheese (heA)
Jacket potatoes
Mix the cooked potato (minus skin) and cheese, put into a WW wrap, (good over so it looks like a pastie) seal with egg and a fork, egg wash the outside and bake until brown - gawjus

I don't eat cheese but I wonder if I could do a steak one I've got a tin of m and s steak in gravy which is free in my cupboard.
Will look at the chicken tikka masala I usually do hairy bikers madras so it would be a nice change

I just feel a bit stuck in rut at the mo.

B - egg white, beans, bacon medallions, 2 slices of toast HEB
L - beef noodle soup made on the job as I'm wfh - ginger,garlic,chilli,beef stock simmered for 20 mins, then shredded cabbage and carrot added, udon noodles, chunks of leftover roast beef. Coriander and lime juice to finish
D - pasta and chickpeas

S - 1 oatmilk cappucino, and I'm sending DH to Hotel Chocolat for an early valentine's present as I got AF today

I've literally started within the last half hour - so today isn't going to be amazing as the kids and I are having a pizza and movie night because DH is away...but I'm having an Iceland thin crust veg one so telling myself it's not tooo awful..

B: Poached egg, beans on white toast (so I can change that to wholemeal and make that a HB if I want?)

L: Packet of Squares

D: Will be the pizza and probably some chocolate too :(

Yes change to wholemeal if you buy wholemeal crustless (I think it's kingsmill) you get 3 slices.

I saw your other thread about cooked fruit, officially the answer is you have to syn it but I would say use your head if you ploughing through loads of stewed fruit it's not great but a fried banana and peach a couple of times a week is fine imo.

I had a gain this week, 2lbs. I've eaten and drank all the wrong things and didn't go last week so it's fair.

Back on track today though.

B-cofffee
2 hifis (heb)
L-sausage (2) and eggs
D-spaghetti with bacon chilli peppers and olives
2 more hifis (6) pink and white (2.5)

Not enough fruit and veg but my food shop is coming in the morn.

A good day yesterday Smile although I did use up all my syns.

I'll need it with my up and coming girls weekend. I've decided not to bother weighing in this week (i'd have to weigh in 3 days early anyway).

B- SW cheese and potato pastie (heA & heB) 0 syns
L- beans on toast 4.5 syns for crustless bread
T- spicy chicken breast baked, with a shit load of roasted veg
S- daughters sweets - prob about 8 syns

Yesterday was a bit of a final blow out with the kids, but I'm feeling quite excited at the challenge of changing things today. Weighed in, but intend to weigh every Friday morning.

B: Omelette
S: Melon
L: Jacket POtato with beans and cheese (HEXA)
S: TBC - I'll update
D: Veggie Chilli with loads of greens and a bit of rice.

I will assume my syns will go on a couple of gins. x

Don't know what's going on today but I woke up starving, I don't usually do breakfast but just made banana pancakes they were so good!

B-banana pancakes with strawberries, blueberries, Greek yogurt and raspberry sauce (1)

L- gammon egg and asparagus

D-spicy prawn noodle soup

Reef it's just one mashed banana (your choice if you syn I personally don't) and two eggs. Mix together and fry. I sometimes add a few chopped blueberries. Make them small as they are not easiest to turn over.

I lost 1lb this week which I was a bit disappointed with...This week is going well though so hoping for more next weigh in

I made the quiche with the recipe in the 'be delighted' book - tastes nice but fell apart abit when I cut it
