B - Leon halloumi, mushroom, baked beans and egg pot. Just counting the halloumi (4 syn), oatmilk cappucino (HEA)
L - baked potato, beans, cheese (HEA)
D - pasta e zucca (3 syn for egg), corn on the cob (2 syn for butter)

S - peanuts (HEB), tangerine, 2 slice ham

Did 90 mins walking and 45 mins Pilates. Knackered!

What little I lost I regained. Still half a stone up from xmas

B - slimfast shake
L - M&S readymeal (2 syns) whole grapefruit with 1 tsp sugar (1 syn)
D - out for dinner at a sri lanken place - will be eating all veggie stuff. No idea on syns

S - 1 hifi bar, 2 cappucinos (HEA)

Second weigh in tomorrow...
Slipped up big time on Saturday - can't even count all the syns 😖
Been on plan all the other days tho so hoping it won't ruin things too much. It is my birthday today and we went to Nandos - I had the chicken butterfly, spicy rice and corn on the cob. Reckon it was 5/6 syns. Quite proud of myself - I can never usually be trusted when eating out 😉

B - 1 hard boiled egg eaten at my desk, fruit salad with ff natural yoghurt.
L - (again at my desk, left over from dinner Monday) salmon, green beans and tomatoes with ff cottage cheese.
D- SW friendly 'pizza' and salad (a&b)
Snack - banana
No syns

Today will be:
B - (yep at my desk) fruit salad and natural yoghurt.
L - pitta stuffed with ham, cheese and salad (a&b)
D - pork loin, new potatoes and steamed veg.
Snacks - banana
No syns

I socialise most weekends so I flexi syn at the weekend and then usually eat free during the week. It means I can go out guilt free and tbh I find it really easy to eat syn free during the week and prefer to treat myself weekly rather than daily. Works for me and means I can stay in control if I'm out without feeling like I'm missing out.

I lost 3lbs!! Takes me to 9 since Xmas I'm happy with that.

B - Red seedless grapes (free)
L - Leftover penne arrabbiata with capers (free - had it for dinner last night with salad but just had a smaller portion for lunch today with no salad)
D - Pizza Express superfood salad (the app says 9 syns inc dressing, but I'm going to ask for the dressing on the side so I don't have to eat it)
S - 2 x Hi-Fi bars (HExB), no HExA today (ran out of mini Babybels!)

Didn't make the curry before as didn't fancy it I've just had a big bowl of Greek yogurt and fruit. Not like me at all but I'm embracing the lack of appetite....

Yeah the majority of my syns are used on a saturday or sunday but I do always count them so I stay on plan.
I swapped my dinner today for pork loin chop with sw chips beans and mushrooms. No 1/3rd speed but I've got a cold and needed comfort food lol. Also had a packet of Quaves with my sarnie at lunch so used my last few syns. Syn free until the weekend now but that's fine.
So tomorrow will be
Desk breakie - fruit and the last bit of ff natural yog.
L - pork loin (I cooked an extra one tonight) with veg that will steam at work in the microwave.
D - probably ham cheese and egg salad pitta (a&b)
