B - cinnamon omelette, 3 syn for butter and sugar, blueberries
L - gf chicken sandwich - some syns for mayo, I didn't make it, ham, banana
D - prawn and rocket pasta 3 syn for oil

S - ff greek yoghurt, blueberries, fizzy drink tonight 4.5syn

I've put on another 3.5lb. Really going to try harder this week. I've just not been following it properly. But still...3.5lbs seems like a lot...I'm 7lbs up from where I was before Christmas

A disastrous day food wise, but I knew it would be. (Daughters birthday)

B - porridge and sweetner
L - 3 mini babybel lights & 2 bananas, 1 alpen bar 3 syns
T - 2x poppadoms 6, pickles 6, tandoori mixed grill 9, 1/2 naan bread 6, 1/2 Bombay aloo 3, birthday cake 13

So a grand sum of 46 syns - but by Christ was it worth it Grin

I'm hoping if I'm good until weigh in it'll level itself out over the week

First weigh in today - lost 4 😄

Today so far i've had:
Breakfast : grapes and strawberries
Lunch: salad, cottage cheese, 2 boiled eggs, mullerlight (1)
Tea: jacket potato, beans, cheese triangles (hea) poached egg on top

I am just not hungry enough for extra syns today - I might go for a hot chocolate later

B - oats so simple with sweetner heB

L - baked potato with tuna, yogurt and honey 1 syn

T - home made sw chicken tikka (was lovely), with cauliflower rice

S - hot chocolate 2syns and various fruit

(Yesterday)

B - poached eggs, bacon medallions and tinned plum tomatoes

L - jacket potato, cheese (a), mixed salad

D - steak, salad! went out to miller and carter and changed it for a lighter option. How much would u syn the steak?

S - light and free yogurt (1), 2 hifi bars (b), apple, pear and banana

Also started the 30 day shred and scared that it’s going to mess with my weigh in results so I’ve took my measurements to keep track lol

D-hotpot (1)with red cabbage and brocolli
Hifi (3) melon, raspberries, mango and Greek yogurt mini meringue(1) a pear and an a orange.

I've decided to write down everything that I've eaten rather than just meals. Is everyone else snacking or are you just literally eating your three meals?

L - last nights left over chicken, peppers and onions (fajitas mix) with a huge salad and a dollop o ff cottage cheese
D - veggie chilli pasta bake and homemade garlic bread using a and b.

Drinks - green t
Snax - banana
No syns as was out last weekend and I'm out saturday (vodka 😯)

B - slimfast (loads of syns, but I was in a rush)
L - 2 boiled eggs, sw houmous (1syn as I added tahini), radishes, cucumber, celery, rocket (I had this lunch yesterday and it was amazing)
D - roast butternut squash and spinach lasagna (hea for cheese - hoping to find some smoked mozzarella). I've made it before, it was inspired by something like this I had in a Jamie Oliver recipe www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2018/jun/22/cook-jamie-oliver-rose-gray-river-cafe-recipe-rotolo

S - 2 aldi benefit bars, tangerines, 2 x oatmilk coffees (HEA)

My weight has finally started moving in the right direction. Not weigh in yet but 2.5lbs down.

B - vegan bacon, gf bread, 2 syn butter
L - leftovers from last night so HEA but synfree butternutsquash and spinach lasagna
D - going to the pub which is a problem, so either pizza or a burger plus a slimline g&t
