Weighed in and 3lbs down.

Still 3 lbs up from Christmas! But in the right direction. I've signed up for pilates twice a week and zumba once a week (could I be more middle aged?). I noticed last night after pilates I was not only completely knackered but also had zero urge to eat crap or drink booze. I had some pineapple after dinner and got an early night.

B - egg white, beans, toast (heb and 2 syn for butter).
L - hot smoked salmon salad
D - pizza (all my syns), 1 alcohol free beer, pineapple for pudding

Are you eating again because you're hungry? Or could it just be doing a night shift- they play hell with your system I know

This cold is killing me. I've forced myself to eat the last couple of days because I know if I dont I'll not loose but I've felt so achy ive not walked much this week and I've been on.

It's a conspiracy ffs lol.

Weigh in tomorrow morning and I dont really feel like I've lost anything, hopefully it's just my imagination. On a positive I forced my self to go to my gym appointment (want to join but due to a really old but serious injury wanted to chat to them first). I've joined tonight so once I've shifted this cold (hopefully tuesday) I'll be hitting the gym. I'm so self conscious as although I've lost 3 stone and not huge (size 12) I know I'm going to be the oldest unfit fat one lol.

Anyway enough whinging, today I've had:

B - 2 toast with a cream cheese triangle (part of an A & B)
L - 2 boiled eggs
D - Left over spag bol bit of cheese (A)

D - 4x biscuits, 4x sweets, brownie (god knows how many syns, I've been in a training course all day surrounded by goodies)

@Blondeshavemorefun that is all the normal stuff you eat. Maybe its just the shift in circadian rhythm slows your metabolism down? I'm sorry it's so annoying for you but you are doing all the right things xx

@TheReef god training is the worst, you're trapped in a room all day and you have to talk to people and its knackering and there are biscuits EVERYWHERE! Well done on having good meals though

@ALittleBitConfused1 well done for joining. Don't worry about other people, good for you for going. When I first started going a year ago every class I felt so embarrassed and always looked to see if I was the fattest. Always was! 🤣🤣🤣 my gym is full of sporty undergrads. Also I'm still a pork chop. Don't really care now, it feels too good.

Congratulations on the anniversary! This has to flex around life - enjoy yourself. It's just one week.

I just talked DH out of getting a takeaway for lunch and we had leftover pasta bake and an omelette - no speed but seemed like a good compromise!

Well I lost 2.5lb So now .5 away from my half stone. Gutted I didnt get that extra half a lb as wouldve left me with just my last stone to go. By the time I got back from weigh in and shopping etc then did my cleaning I realised I hadn't eaten so todays menu is easy...
B - Green tea
L - Hi fi bar
D - Steak, SW potato hash, cheesy peppers/onion/mushrooms (was lush)
D - 2nd hifi bar
Syns - Vodka and lime soda.

Today I made myself go out for a walk (only about 3 miles but still feeling crap)

B - 2 toast with tomato and low fat cheese triangle on each (b and part of a 1)
L/D - Chicken/veggie sausage/veg tray bake with cheesey broccoli (a2)
Syns - 2 hi fi bars 6

Wrote my menu for the whole week today and I'm going to walk at least 4 miles a day (dont want to use gym until I've shifted this cold). I'm hoping for at least 1.5 loss, gets me my half a stone and takes me into the same stone bracket as my target .... yessssss.

Really bad day yesterday with too much booze and a she'd load of jelly babies

So today I'm on zero syns

Brunch - eggs bread
Tea - lamb curry and rice
Snack - fruit salad

1/2lb lost at weigh in test day

Still a loss ref way I look at it is , the way I was eating b4 I wouldve easily put on a lb a week so youve saved that and raised it by 1/2 lb 😁.

I lost 3 stone by flexi syning. I know they dont endorse it but I have to admit I like a drink and I go out or socialize most weekends so I drink vodka and soda water (if I'm out I text myself everytime I have a drink if I'm at someone's house I measure my amount out b4 hand).

Yes I go over my 15 sun maximum daily limit but I'ts not feasible for me to go out and stick to 2 drinks with friends.

So I do the above at the weekend and it means I can go out and not feel like I'm missing out. I just avoid the wine and shot rounds 🤣.

I then ad my syns up take them away from my weekly limit and split the remaining over the next 5 days. Like I said, they dont endorse it but I lost my 3 stone this way and means I know I'll stick to it if I can still go out with the girls and enjoy myself. While staying in control (obvs I now avoid the burger or kebab on the way home 😁). But everything seems easier if I'm having a weekly treat.

So dont feel too bad.

Well I walked to and from work, so just under 5 miles. This cold is proper wiping me out and I sont have much appetite but I'm determined to stay on track. So todays has been:
Ham cheese and boiled egg sarnie (a & b)
Fruit and ff natural yoghurt
Chicken and peppers (left over tray bake)
Beef and veg curry (4 syns) rice and cucumber

Weigh in is tomorrow - I need 1 lb for my first half stone. Today:

B: none - running late
L: carrot, lentil and sweet potato soup, 2 slices of crustless quiche (syn free)
D: beef and veg casserole, peas and sweetcorn, mullerlight (1 syn)

I made the SW tomato soup today and it was actually quite nice. All speed food too.
