Breakfast- 2 cups of tea and cup of coffee.

Lunch - omlette with mushrooms, beans and tomatoes and brown sauce and peppermint tea.

Tea - 2 x vegetarian burgers in a wm muffin with 2 cheese slices, gerkins, ketchup and mustard and tonnes of salad, coleslaw and red cabbage and a can of pepsi max.

Snacks - later I've got a fruit salad (pineapple, apple, blueberries and grapes) and a fibre one birthday cake bar. Will have something else as well but will decide what later as I'm too full at the moment.

Had a flat white from McDonalds earlier but only drank half as it was too strong.

S - huge bowl of fruit salad and fage yogurt with honey 1.5 syns

TigerJoy · 13/01/2020 20:45

Hello @nodancingshoes

I agree with blondes that looks like a good day but I was told to aim for 5-15 syns a day to help you feel satisfied. But that looks like a good mix and I'm glad to see you spending syns on honey in your porridge, I can't stand sweetener!

B - banana, yoghurt (1/2 syn)
L - baked potato beans and cheese (hea) butter (3 syn)
D - duck stir fry 4 syn for plum sauce, 3 for noodles

S - 1 custard cream 3 syn

Damn I thought I'd done really well until I checked the stir fry sauce! Also hadn't thought noodles would be synned but they were fresh. Wont bother again, much nicer with ginger garlic chilli and sweet chilli sauce
