B-coffee
L-crackers with ham and chicken salad
D-tikka roast chicken with tikka potatoes, roasted spicy cauli, chickpea curry, poppadoms and wraps (heb) everyone I'd sick of roast dinner so this is a good alternative that everyone will eat

TigerJoy · 05/01/2020 11:17

B - pineapple, blueberries yoghurt
L - prawn stirfry (1 syn for oil)
D - spaghetti with scallops (3 syn for oil)

Going for a walk with kids now (approx 1hr 30 min route we do) and will go on my walker later after tea if I fancy it.

Just worked out roughly my calories for today and it's only around 1000 so will make sure I have some more snacks later to increase this a bit. Done the walk outside think I'm going to do air walker now as I've got not house work or anything then get in bath before tea.

MummyInTheNecropolis · 05/01/2020 18:43

B - Apple and yoghurt (1)
L - 6 quorn nuggets (3), chips and beans
D - pasta bolognese with cheese (HEA)
S - 2 hifi bars (HEB), grapes, 3 rich tea fingers (3)

TigerJoy · 05/01/2020 18:56

Felt so good at the flicks with my blueberries again. Such a satisfying snack!

Dinner will be pasta with scallops with rocket, chilli, garlic and the pan deglazed with a bit of vermouth.

Lunch stir fry was with rice noodles which worked really well. Have leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Just trying to work out if I really want to do absolute abs at 7.30am tomorrow or whether I should just walk the dogs before work (they are due a walk)

TheReef · 05/01/2020 19:37

Breakfast - porridge with sweetener heB/ milk heA
Lunch - home made broccoli and Stilton soup 5 syns
Tea - home made spaghetti bol
Snacks - tea, bananas, fruit salad, fage youfurt with honey - 2.5 syns

Thatnovembernight · 05/01/2020 20:31

B: Fruit and yogurt
L: Ryvitta, soft cheese, cucumber and tomato followed by an apple and an orange.
D: Jacket potato with beans and salad

Didn’t mean to have a jacket potato for tea but was short on time and on the verge of veering off plan! Have been using all 15 syns each day. Once I’m a couple of weeks in (and fully weaned off Christmas crap) then I’ll cut them back a bit.

TigerJoy · 05/01/2020 20:52

@thatnovembernight don't feel bad for having a jacket potato - that's the whole joy of SW! looks like a really good day.

TheReef · 05/01/2020 21:20

I thought jacket potatoes were free in SW

Blondeshavemorefun · 05/01/2020 22:16

Jackets are free

Some people don’t like eating carbs on sw

Tho that’s why I do sw as rice pots and pasta are free

Def don’t feel bad for having a pot

Thanks! I had one a couple of nights ago and have one planned for Tuesday so I thought three in a week might be a bit much Grin . I do love them.

FiveNightsAtMummys · 05/01/2020 23:17

Had plenty of snacks. Fruit, cottage cheese and melba toast, jelly, another alpen bar, 3 biscuits and a mini pack of skittles. Feeling full and sweet tooth satisfied. Going to try and up my potatoes / rice instead of cauliflower rice/butternut squash noodles. Think this will help with eating enough and being more full between meals. So tomorrows a new day..again! Feel like such a disaster lately but I'll get there.

What did you decided to do @tiger?

FiveNightsAtMummys · 05/01/2020 23:20

Thatnovembernight I use to always use all my syns, or very close too. It's what made sw manageable for me me, knowing I could still have a bar of chocolate on an evening etc. Use them if u want too. Only have to cut back when your doing sp and you can still have 10 then.

TigerJoy · 06/01/2020 04:58

Carbs are free. And they say don't measure but I do measure pasta and rice. I have found having a potato or rice or pasta will make me feel satisfied and then I eat less sweet things. You can have carbs 3 times a day on sw and it's ok! The most important thing is that you fill up with speed first. So 1/3 - 1/2 plate of speed.

TigerJoy · 06/01/2020 10:55

B - porridge made with almond milk (HEA, HEB, 1 syn for sugar)

L - leftover prawn stirfry (2 syn for sweet chilli sauce and oil)

D - probably pasta

S - pear with choc shot (1 syn), 1 muller light (1 syn) 1 hifi (3 syn), several coffees with oat milk (second HEA)

troppibambini · 06/01/2020 11:50

B-coffee
L- 2 sausages (1) bacon eggs and beans
D-beef and sweet potato stew

Dinner is a new recipe from the pinch of nom book I got for Xmas (nothing like a hintGrinl!!) will let you know what it's like.

Morgan12 · 06/01/2020 12:06

B - porridge
L - probably nothing
D - chicken casserole

Will have all 15 syns.

This is my first day back. I gained half a stone in the last 3 weeks off plan 😫

FiveNightsAtMummys · 06/01/2020 13:02
