Another week of early start nights so again fear I will gain next week

I don’t think I’m eating enough but if I eat lunch I don’t want tea At 5pm and vice versus

@fivenights very very wise. If and when I ever get to target I don't think you need to follow sw so strictly. Have 3 good meals a day and see how you go. Good luck

I've been pretty off plan although I maintain I am being more moderate than I ever was with treats

L - smoked mackerel salad with red cabbage and carrot
D - aubergine curry

S - multiple oatmilk coffees (been awake for 2 hrs, had less than 5hrs sleep!), satsumas

Really got to watch the sweets - have got into bad habits in the last couple of weeks. My office has a box of quality street next to the kettle!

Not sure if you can see but his little paw is squidged right into one of my rolls of fat....

My lunchtime salad was AMAZING! Finely sliced red cabbage and red onion, grated carrot. Dressing of cider vinegar, whole grain mustard, crushed pink peppercorns, coriander, bit of oil. Tossed in dressing so it softened a bit over the morning and ate with sliced radish, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and smoked mackerel. Lovely colours too. Too hungry to take a picture! Made me really farty this afternoon though 🙄💨💨💨🤭😳

Dinner is pasta with garlic oil and chilli tonight, I'm knackered

S - handfuls and handfuls of chocolate. Several almond milk coffees. Absolutely all gone Pete Tong today but I have my period and I just need to get through the day...

I am being quite bad but only put on 2lbs. Pizza 3 days in a row! But not eating huge quantities as I had a stomach bug last week and I'm still not quite right.

Happy Christmas everyone! I just weighed myself and I am FIVE POUNDS up from Tuesday 🤣🤣🤣

Must be a bit of water but probably mostly wine and chocolate retention

Not going to worry about it too much over the next few days - will start having more sw meals but allow myself the odd treat and get back on it properly in the new year

Stopping the booze from now on - off for another family lunch party and taking some non-alcoholic cider

Will make myself a nice healthy meal tonight and just have fruit for snacks

Hello! Merry Christmas I hope everyone had a good time. I did but ate and drank everything.
I've got one more day of festivities today, I'm going to my mums for Italian Xmas dinner. I've been to weigh in this morning (didn't look) after today I'm back on it. I feel bloated and horrible.

I had sushi for dinner. Still have lots of meals out and parties planned! nye at a friend's- I might ask if I could bring my own food

I actually feel quite ill from the overindulging - particularly the wheat. We have panettone and pandoro then sausage rolls and processed pork and smoked salmon sandwiches 🤢🤢🤢 I am really paying for it now!

Am looking forward to getting back on the wagon! Am doing so for all the meals I have control over. Am taking it easy for everything else

I'm actually not at all hungry and full of a cold so will see if I fancy lunch. A day of not much food will do my no harm!!

I'm going to a NYE which has a bring and share buffet. Any ideas of what I could take that would keep me on plan? I was going to take a crunchy salad but could also take some lean meat I guess - what would be good for a buffet? Something that looks festive but is also healthy!

Tiger could you do some tandoori chicken drumsticks? Maybe with some kind of rice salad. Or pulled pork?

Still in bed feeling crap. Dh has just bought me cold and flu tablets and water. Supposed to be going out for a walk to a country pub later with some friends so need to get myself going!
