I’m fairly ok about dh. 9yrs next year thi dates get to me. Birthday and anniversary. And odd thing blasts me. But sure friends funeral will be hard. For us all. Last one for us as friends for 30yrs was dh

Tiger sometimes you just have to put bad food days in the fuck it bucket. Sorry your boss is going I'm rubbish with change I find it so stressful.

Blondes sometimes grief hits you so hard when you least expect it doesn't it?
After my dad died a man looked at me in Sainsbury's and he had exactly the same eyes. I just crumbled, poor bloke must have thought I was absolute loon. Tears literally squirted from my eyes like a cartoon.
I'd only gone in for some bread and milk!

Food is ok at the mo, feeling a bit stressed as we've got rats in our loft Sad
Got various pest control people trying to sort them outSad

Thanks troppi. Yep you're right it was just one of those days. I also had 2 pieces of toast and a hot chocolate. Fresh start tomorrow and weigh in!

Leftovers from dinner for lunch tomorrow - had salmon with braised fennel and lentils. Really lush and low fat

I think I've maintained but I can't log in to the app or online as the new website says it's been launched and it's switching me over but nothing happens...anyway not much change for me, which is fair.

Right I've been good since Wednesday got on the scales this morning (I know I shouldn't!!!) 3 lb gain!! Wtf?!!!

Yeah I checked I am the same. i accidentally didn't give the half pound so officially a loss, but not really.

Troppi, I was 4 pounds heavier 4 days ago. Goes up and down. I think it's helpful to know roughly where you are in case you have a 4lb up day on weigh-in...!

Sorry been awol. Started new night job so meals are weirdly timed as go to bed when home and breakie 9/10 when wake but also have tea 6 before I go as doing 14 nights in row minus next sat as out for Xmas

Not sure how this will effect weight

B egg bacon beans

L fruit as not really hungry but can’t not eat till 6

T chicken and salad in pitta b with cheese a and mayo 2

S crisps 7 bar 3 fruit

Dh made an amazing Jerusalem artichoke risotto for dinner last night.
I absolutely love risotto so it was right up my street and he used spreadable cheese instead of cream.

Weigh in tomorrow.

Not been v good this weekend - meals ok but had too many snacks.

Today

B - avocado on gf toast with poached eggs
L- prawn salad synfree
D - synfree venison stew with greens

S - bit of treacle tart, bit of frangipane, 1 slice of buttered white bread l. 2 oatmilk cappucino

Argh just remembered it's office Christmas lunch tomorrow! Went for the lightest options I think but it is 3 courses and I'm fairly certain I'll be having chocolate cake for pudding!

We'll be having synfree (and carb-free) venison stew for supper. Suggestions for a light but filling breakfast. Maybe boiled eggs and ham?

Had a croissant in the end! 9 syns

Lunch was butternut squash soup, bread, venison with squash and kale, then a bit of chocolate tart. 1 non-alcoholic cocktail. Gone over syns I know but will count this as a flexi syn day.

I prepared a breakfast of boiled eggs with ham, radish and cucumber which I couldn't face and will be my dinner.

How is everyone else doing? All gone quiet here. Anyone else got the updated app - the planner is great

@troppibambini 'tis the season. Don't worry about it too much, you can get back on it

I felt very proud of my tiny dinner then wrecked it with hot chocolate. Oh well.

Got hospital appts tomorrow but can basically decide what I eat all day and no meals out (for once!) so as long as I don't have any amazingly bad news (not expected - it's more about making plans) or some horrible doctors or in fact DH acts like an arse, I should be ok.
