Oh dear mummy

Tiger sorry in pain :(

Today started well but sadly one of my close friends lost his fight with cancer today - just at hospice so I’m a bit numb :(

Life is fucking unfair :(

B - Muller light (1/2 syn)
L - baked potato with butter (4 syn), mushrooms, green beans
D - baked salmon, some form of veg with it

Struggled into work to have almost all the meetings I came in for cancelled! will be going home early. Got very little appetite so doubt I will be snacking - probably just because I ate so much chocolate yesterday. I had several hot chocolates and more white buttons, and I made the blondies and ate loads. Bah. I've for 4 days to lose it before weigh in.

L - bran flakes milk

Steak and chips is what we're having and is easy with an actifry

Baked potato beans and cheese with sausages (free Linda McCartney ones). Ham egg and chips. Sausage beans and chips?

After 2.5 hrs walking yesterday I did a hungry Caterpillar act and ate loads of the "healthy" blondies I made at the weekend. I am starting to see a pattern 🙄

B - porridge 1 syn for sugar
L - potato ham green veg plus one small sandwich - potato had blight so couldn't eat it much of it! Guess 6 syn
D - chilli con carne rice 2 syn for oil

S - lots of almond milk, 1 sq choc 3 syn

So maybe 12 syn in all. Probably will have a yoghurt this evening. Got 2 meals out this week 🙄🙄🙄

I feel bread is wasted syns. And some love white bread but I prefer whoelmeal. Always have

Just cut down on your syns for a couple of days Blondes. One sandwich shouldn’t take you over for the week.

Unless it triggers you into the spiral of Waaaaaaaaaa. I might as well eat everything, you should be ok.

Bread IS wasted syns. I love white bread but had a bacon sandwich on Sunday and was amazed at how hungry I was after. I literally could have eaten the same again.

I'm heavy - I'm 3lbs up from last week and I'm not sure why. I've been quite good really - when I went out I had something that was about 500cals, had a couple of hot chocolates at the weekend and some of those blondies but that's been it - pretty much everything else has been on plan. My pelvic problems have kicked off and I'm really swollen, so it might just be water, but I'm doing everything I can to be good this week!

B - yoghurt (1/2), pear, satsuma
L - baked potato, butter (4), ham, salad
D - I'm out and having scallops followed by cod, then chocolate mousse. There'll be butter / oil but no carbs in the meal order. Drink water

S - fruit only! Some almond milk in coffee

Bread 12 butter 4 coleslaw 4 cheese fuck knows. It was doorsteps and not low fat cheese so least 24 syns so 44 ish syns.

3 days worth for one sodding meal 😢😡

Oh and jacket today swapped for sw chips but otherwise same food just differently cooked

I've been a bad Tiger, and quite frankly I don't care.

just found out today my boss is leaving - really made me cry. We've had a lot of change already and have some big stressful projects on. Had an off-plan lunch and I don't care. Feeling really shaken.

B - banana, bean blondies
L - half roast chicken, chips, warm chocolate brownie with salted caramel ice cream and lots of chocolate sauce. Absolutely lush and about as much sugar / fat in one go as I've eaten over the last month.
D - salmon and green veg
