Blondes I'll email you just covering my face on pics don't want to be recognised!

My bmi is 19.5 lowest acceptable sw target weight you can set is bmi of 20 so my target is 8st12 but obv allowed 3lb under and over. Before kids I was around 10st after kids I was always around 11st. Current size is 8.

Flippingnorah · 26/11/2019 22:04

Sorry your not feeling it atm @blondes. It's really irritating what you lose your mojo. Could a couple of SP days work for you? Or perhaps measuring yourself now compared to what you measured before you started?

One thing I tried, but this was on a crash diet some years ago, was going to Asda and putting packs of butter Into a trolly to show how much weight I'd lost in pounds.. It really made me feel amazing to visually see how much lard id lost.

@SpiderCharlotte Tomorrow is a new day.

Come on.
Let’s inspire you with our recipes.

Amazing photos but you really weren’t big to start with.

I’m 5ft 6

I got to 11 stone last time but would have preferred to be 10 1/2 stone.

I lose my boobs and hip bones appear and dh isn’t keen.
I would look so awful at 8 1/2 stone.

But fortunately everyone is different 😀😀😀

FiveNightsAtMummys · 26/11/2019 22:30

Collision that's right up my street too!! Minus the spinach.

FiveNightsAtMummys · 26/11/2019 22:33

Told you everyone says that! Maybe I just have heavy bones! I was 14st8 biggest I've ever been. As u can see I have a long top covering my body and I'm uncomfortable with having a pic, well I was just uncomfortable with my body in general.

Thanks for posting blondes

Collision · 26/11/2019 22:51

TigerJoy · 26/11/2019 23:14

Bloody well done @fivenights! That is seriously impressive

I have lost all mojo. Got appointment with fertility doctor on Thursday and just feeling like a massive failure (in every sense!). I was 14st 8lb this time last year and now I'm 12st12 so i know overall I've done well but all the sw success stories just make me feel like i could have done so much better! And I feel like an idiot for hoovering up biscuits when I should have got thinner. I need to be about 10st.

Anyway. I have a tough few days at work plus everything so I am going to follow general sw principles and get back on it properly when I can.

In the meantime i have made my breakfast for tomorrow (baked apple and yoghurt) and a gorgeous syn-frew lunchbox

FiveNightsAtMummys · 26/11/2019 23:44

Nooo Tiger!! Don't compare your journey to anyone else's! I've joined 2 times before in the past and not even made it to the first weeks weigh in! Look at what you've achieved you've really done fantastic! Your not still 14st8 you've actually lost a lot of weight and kept it off. Well done to you!

FiveNightsAtMummys · 26/11/2019 23:46

And I hope everything else goes well over the next few days.

TigerJoy · 27/11/2019 07:48

Thanks I know I have done well overall but it's just so hard!

B - baked apple and ff yoghurt (1.5 syn)
L - ham omelette and crunchy veg (photo to follow)

@TigerJoy that all looks delicious, so fresh and healthy ! I'm currently 14st 7lb and getting to the 12s is my dream right now, so everyone is just a different place in their journey but the main thing is we're here making changes ! You're doing super! And @FiveNightsAtMummys you look fantastic!! Well done!
B - grapes, orange pear and hifi
L - baked pot beans and cheese
D - gammon egg and chips yum

Anyone do their ham joint in slow cooker? If so do u cover the meat with water or diet Coke or anything ? Want to try it at the weekend!

troppibambini · 27/11/2019 10:53

Wow you look amazing @FiveNightsAtMummys
Good luck for Thursday tiger you've done amamzingly well!

I gained 0.5 today which I'm ok with considering it was my birthday and dh's 50th.

Busy stressful week here so feel like food is the only thing I'm control of.
I love the run up to Xmas but my god there's a a lot to remember and of course I start stupid projects like decorating the majority of the house GrinGrin

B - 3 egg bites and a banana

L - Another bloody banana, packet of Quavers (4.5 syns) - sitting in a bloody hospital car park waiting for appt. Cafe had run out of jacket potatoes and only had white bread sandwiches with loads of mayo, so I'm sulking and hungry.

D - chicken sausages (4 syns) sweet potato chips and roasted broccoli and cauliflower. Mini packet maltesers 6 syns.

FiveNightsAtMummys · 27/11/2019 13:33

Off plan today. Last time people wanted to see but if it upsets anyone please let me know I'll ask for it to be deleted. Personally I love hearing off plan foods too but I understand not everyone does.

Been to york Christmas market and tasted everything (cheese, biscuits, pate).

Breakfast was a Gregg's pigs under a blanket baguette on the way and a brew with real sugar.

Lunch was cheese & onion croissant and chocolate twist with a latte (she used whole milk!) With real sugar again!

Tea will be ploughmans pie from york, then calling in at my favourite farm shop on way home for quiche, cheese and anything else that looks nice.

Then I have a salted caramel brownie and some truffles from york for snacks later. Possibly will pick something else up from the farm shop.

Back on plan tomorrow, aiming for 8 perfect days as I have 3 off plan days in a row for birthdays.
