To give other new ideas options etc

B toast b - scrambled egg beans spinach ham
L chicken salad and mayo light 1
T potato bacon onion bake - sw mince and veg and salad

Yep miss slinky for us too on Wednesday.
I'm decorating dds bedroom today (kids back to school) wish me luck it's got a vaulted ceiling and I'm not great with heightsGrin

No idea what I'm eating yet which is not a good start to the day!!!

Thanks blondes. Dh has convinced me to do / wear what I normally do for this week as I'm not sure what my weight is on my scales now compared to sw. Hopefully I'll gain exactly 1lb.

Breakfast- just a brew b4 weigh day..as usual.

Lunch - tasters at group..might grab something at home after if theres not many there with it being kids hol.

Tea - Toby carvery.

Snacks - prob a bit of chocolate when I get back.

Change of plan jean's are on! Dh is calling me a cheat! I've made jelly oranges and fruit sticks stuck on pumpkins for taster. Run out of ideas a bit now.

Changing topic slightly, but I watched a program last night called Gamechangers on Netflix, about plant based diets. I found it really interesting, especially as I've always thought humans were made to eat meat. Turns out, this probably isn't the case after all! Food for thought (pun intended)Grin

I gained 1lb!! SO pleased its exactly what I needed. Bottom end of target. So glad I wore jeans! Tasters at group were really nice, counting 5 syns had a full plate and i also took a longley farm natural yogurt about 2.5 syns ish.

I've not really got any energy, still wiped out from the bug so not sure I'll manage tasters for tomorrow...will probably just do my weigh and dash...if i wasn't trying to get up the duff i wouldn't bother would group and just do online. Will do weigh and dash tomorrow i think

B - 3 bean chilli 2 eggs
L - leftover venison casserole, mashed celeriac and potato, steamed cauliflower and green beans
D - salad of radicchio, carrot and celeriac, pasta alla norma (roast aubergine in a tomato sauce basically)

S - 1 options (2 syns), 1 hifi god knows what next

I ended up having ginger wine yesterday which wasn't in the plan...sigh. no booze tonight!

B: carrot and raisin (2.5) oat (HexB) mug cake with blueberries

Sn: 2 clementines, one big lotus biscuit (3)

L: jacket potato, beans, 40g reduced fat cheddar (HexA) and salad

Sn: slice of ham, 5 cherry tomatoes, 3 pickled onions

D: midweek roast chicken, mashed potato, parsnips, carrots (1.5), broccoli and peas, 2 small yorkies (5) and gravy (2).

L - cheese sandwich with 2 slices of white bread and ICBINB spread
S - Diet Coke, black coffee, 2 hifi bars, 3 red onion tartlets
D - vegetable bake (onion, fennel, mushroom, courgette, carrot with cottage cheese and veg sauce stock, Parmesan sprinkles).

Good luck for those having weigh ins tomorrow! I'm over on syns for the week but wonder if I'm usually even more over and don't count things properly

Yes @TigerJoy. Was too hot for me. I love tikka masala from Indian takeaway

I added lots of ff yog which df looked at me as if I was insane

I ate it with rice and veg but wasn’t nice :(

The plan is to be good today. I have 5 toddlers over for a Halloween tea party. There will be pizza. I will try and not eat it .........

Gone back to my quicken version of friends breakie as keeps me full unlike cous cous. I still wish we had 2 b’s

Ah I liked it @blondeshavemorefun but then I'm a chilli monster! It's awful having something too hot for you. To be honest though it did really taste like a diet meal whereas a lot of homecooked things don't.I've got the sweet potato curry in the freezer waiting to try.

B - half a bramley apple microwaved with cinnamon, 1 tsp honey and mixed with ff Greek yoghurt. Yum

L - possibly starving, probably last of venison stew plus sweet potato

D - depending on wi result either pizza or a "raw vegetable feast*" of assorted crudites

*was put on Hat diet by quack nutritionist 15 years ago and the diet book recommended this as an honest to god meal and i threw the book away in fury

I lost 2.5lbs. I'm ok with that but considering my 16:8 too I hoped for more but I suppose I wasn't an angel all week. My little binge the day before weigh in probably didn't help.

Biscuits are my nemesis I absolutely love them I could do that full packet no bother magna Grin

Out for dinner with dh tonight today has been manic, podiatrist for one child, Halloween shopping, decorating, food shop, parents evening looking forward to a glass of wine and some nice Cambodian food at one of my favourite restaurants.

Blondes I hope your party went well you're a brave woman!!

Well done @troppibambini, I've had a loss of 2.5 lbs too.

@magnarocks I lurrrrve those biscuits and they are immensely satisfying. I can eat just one or two and feel like I've had my treat.

Guys, I just couldn't face going to group and I've switched to online membership and I am SO RELIEVED I feel such a huge weight off my mind (no pun intended!). God I hated group. It was super easy as well - just over the phone - and if I get up the duff I can switch to group membership (I'm already a little pork pie, I'm worried I'll turn into a giant melton mowbray if I'm ever lucky enough to get pregnant)

I weighed myself when I got home so about 7pm, my weight in the morning is less, so I think that 2.5lb loss is real, and FANTASTIC. I was pretty naughty at the weekend but I have mostly been good.

I'm going to have leftover stew for dinner and save the pizza for the weekend. I am determined to lose another stone in a month - I've lost 13 lbs since last July, which is crap, but I've spent most of the time maintaining. I lost the first 9lbs in the first two weeks!

I have been fantasising about a hotel chocolat hot chocolate for like 2 months and been promising it to myself when I got to 1 stone loss - had one tonight and it was pretty meh! Hahaha. Anyway.

Party went well. I was sooooooooo good. Ate Cucumber sticks And indulged in one slice of garlic bread

I didn’t have any pizza 😇😇😇
