To give other new ideas options etc

B toast b - scrambled egg beans spinach ham
L chicken salad and mayo light 1
T potato bacon onion bake - sw mince and veg and salad

Today has been a boring one as I need to go food shopping tomorrow!

B: Blueberry wheats (hexb) with milk (hexa1) and strawberries.

L: Tuna salad and an apple

D: Jacket potato with spicy beans, cheese (hexa2) and salad

Snacks were mackerel dip with celery, cucumber and carrots and I'll have an Aldi benefit bar in a minute.

D: roast beef with roasties, cabbage, sweet corn, carrots broccoli
S: creamy mushrooms and turkey rashers

Need to have a hot chocolate or some cheese as a A choice.

I had my breakfast at 12pm as I slept in.

Hello

Before work - latte home made using part of my healthy A

Mid morning snack (breakfast) fat free Greek lemon yogurt & banal

Lunch - chopped really small, salad of beetroot, onion, courgette, carrots, pepper, chickpeas, kos lettuce chopped, radishes. Dressing soya and balsamic vinegar Small portion of rice. Melon slices and blueberries

Supper - rice and homemade chickpea and lentil curry with black kale plus same salad as lunch

1 oz of M&Ms with homemade espresso and steamed milk

Breakfast overnight oats with blueberries
Lunch(work meeting) chose jacket chilli cheese and salad-( counting 4 Syns incase of oil in the chilli) avoided the chips and chicken nuggets yay!
Tea- chicken Mexican rice (homemade) and a mini tortilla (3.5)

Snack mini haribo pack (3.5)
Few coffees with dash of milk which I couldn’t measure so counting as my full hex a to be careful.

Jerk chicken with beans and rice (eat more for less book)

Hot chocolate 0.5 syns and HEA milk

Hi

Breakfast was tomatoes which are sliced and scattered with salt and garlic and left to marinade in a pot - toast, then strain the juice from tomato over toast first then pop tomatoes on top of toast - amazing flavour. If you want to you can roast in oven with a little fennel - just 15 minutes

I just invented a great Syn-Free dinner, if anyone wants to copy it!

Smoked Salmon Carbonara

Put a vat of pasta on to boil.

Fry a handful of frozen peas, some smoked salmon cut into strips and some garlic in frylight until the peas are just thawed.

When the pasta is cooked, drain it and stir through two beaten eggs, a tiny bit of pasta water, your Healthy A allowance of grated Parmesan, the pea and salmon mixture and some freshly ground black pepper.

The heat from the pasta cooks the egg and cheese into a silky sauce.

It was lovely!

D - bacon, egg, lean sausage from Asda x 3 (1.5 Syns)
F/free Greek yoghurt, sweetener, blueberries, blackberries, 2 meringue nests (5 Syns)
3 cans of Diet Coke
Zillion black coffees

Total 9 Syns for today and I'm stuffed!

B was 40g oats made with water, 50g raspberries, chopped apricots and a Muller Light.

L will be 2 poached eggs, 2 tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach and Turkey breast plus an orange, plum and pear.

D will be casserole of lean beef, onion, new potatoes, butternut, carrots, Swede, green beans and tomatoes.

Peaches and greek yoghurt for breakfast

Roast veg with couscous, harissa paste and coriander, with 2 veggie sausages

Dinner was roast chicken, baked potato, salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, radish with a dressing of pomegranate seeds, coriander, mint, lime juice and a teaspoon of sweet chilli sauce - highly recommended!)

Fruit for pudding, but I had a friend round and she brought profiteroles, so I had one!

Snack - 1 hifi bar, ham and cucumber, peanuts
