Oh god I'm feeling so guilty.

Usual peaches and yoghurt for breakfast and then chicken salad for lunch.

Then comfort ate a portion of ice cream because I had a bad meeting. I am feeling all swollen and tubby and was planning on doing speed only until my next weigh in! Feeling stupid.

Dinner I am hoping to improvise something carbfree with courgette and prawns. Ideas welcome!

Blondeshavemorefun · 22/07/2019 18:39

@WeKnowFrogsGoShaLaLaLaLa

@tiger. Erm. I usually have carbs whether pasta rice bread pots

OP posts:
TigerJoy · 22/07/2019 21:44

Yeah I think I need carbs. I usually have them at lunch and dinner, but because I had a big blow out last week I've been trying to minimise them in an attempt to try and get some weight loss this week, having read about SP days on facebook groups. I think it's been stupid though, as I've been more hungry as a result, and have snacked more. Eating carbs is one of the reasons I'm doing this diet!

I had a great (carby) dinner from the freezer though - homemade fried rice. Packet of stir fry veg from the coop (cabbage, carrot, onion, beansprouts I think), stirfry for a few minutes in chilli, ginger and garlic, stir in cooked prawns and chicken, sweetcorn, soy sauce, bit of sesame oil, a pack of Uncle Ben's packet rice. I froze a portion last week and was surprised how well it microwaved! Only syns from the rice (and if you were less lazy, you could cook your own for no syns!)

Blondeshavemorefun · 23/07/2019 19:24

Sounds yummy

I should do more rice. I like rice but cba to cook it

How many suns are the packet ones?

OP posts:
TigerJoy · 23/07/2019 20:08

Packet of plain is 2 syns for the packet - so 1 syn each. Definitely worth it to avoid the hassle of cooking it!

Ofpalestsilver · 30/07/2019 22:10

I have been ravenous this week as I upped my medication but I’ve tried really hard to be good!

B: Shreddies (hEb) and lacto free milk (heA)

L: baked potato with tuna and spoon of mayo (5 syns), and salad of carrots, sweet corn and peas

D: quorn bolognaise made with canned plum tomatoes, smoked paprika, garlic, courgette & mangetout with spaghetti.

Snacks: an entire tub of grapes (was so hungry!), banana, some chicken pieces. Peppermint tea.

Syns: 5 (am trying to make up for being less strict on holiday!)

Ofpalestsilver · 30/07/2019 22:13

Also I just jumped into this post without even saying hello! I need encouragement and motivation so thought this would be a good place to start! Hope that’s ok.

Blondeshavemorefun · 31/07/2019 07:41

@Dexterslockedintheshedagain someone said about it on sw.

Cous cous is free. Cereal isn’t

Make some cous cous up. Add sweetener. Add ff yog and fruit and it’s like the overnight oats everyone raves about but not using your b

I did think sounded weird , but actually really nice and filling

I prefer my b for bread

@Ofpalestsilver welcome. Anyone welcome :)

5 syns for mayo. Was it full fat ? I usually use light mayo and do 1 sun a spoon
