Good to read everyone's daily food as it gives me ideas.

Just weighed. Two pounds off. My friends and I have a code for each pound- 👙 for a pound off, 🥗 for a stay the same and 🍩 for a gain. So I'm a 👙👙!

ALemonyPea · 08/09/2018 11:22

Well done on the 👙 👙 Peachy

Kebab looks lovely Groovee. Is it just chicken?

sunshineNdaisies · 08/09/2018 11:23

Sunday mornings are WI for me. Will I fuck it up if I have a fish supper for tea tonight? I've been 100% on plan the rest of the week and the rest of today. I know I can make my own version but I want a chippy! No salt and vinegar or sauce for me and will opt for the small portion.

ALemonyPea · 08/09/2018 17:07

Go for it. Even if it does reflect on the scales, next week will show the actual loss as there's no way it'll make you gain overnight.

sunshineNdaisies · 08/09/2018 18:39

well, that fish supper was just 'okay'. Bit dry. Wish I'd gotten a bloody chinese now. grumble grumble

ALemonyPea · 08/09/2018 21:44

Ah no, sucks when you get a takeaway and it’s disappointing. Good luck with the scales tomorrow.

OwlinaTree · 08/09/2018 23:43

We had a Chinese tonight- lush!

Groovee · 09/09/2018 01:40

Been to a wedding today or maybe it's yesterday?

Had a fab time. Lots of body magic dancing. Am shattered now!

Thanks @OwlinaTree

@ALemonyPea I coated the chicken in garlic and paprika. Very tasty.

bloody hell I've lost 3lbs

so 11.5lbs in total in my first month

Next week I have two work lunches so I need to try to plan around them. They are both to burger restaurants.

Groovee · 09/09/2018 10:44

Well done.

Groovee, you look very trim already.

Well done Sunshine, that's brilliant.

sunshineNdaisies · 09/09/2018 12:32

Thanks! I can't see any difference yet unlike you Groovee. My clothes are a little looser but not at the dress size down point yet. I would love to be able to wear a dress to my works lunch, that's my initial goal. My next goal would be to get to a confidence level where I successfully get promoted. I'm thinking more in terms of emotional improvements really.

sunshineNdaisies · 09/09/2018 12:32

*christmas lunch I mean

ALemonyPea · 09/09/2018 16:06

Well done sunshine.

You look lovely Groovee.

Groovee · 09/09/2018 16:35

Thanks Ladies.

@Binfield135 I'm a target member. Have lost over 5st. Been at target for 24 weeks now. But still need support to not return to bad habits,

Can I jump back in to join you? I have kept going to SW, but just fell off the MN thread. My mum died a year ago - waves and send a un-MN hug to Jools and then my dad died a month ago. Its been a crap summer for my emotions. After mum died I struggled with sw for about 8 months, then started to lose again. Now since dad has died my body is doing the same thing and seems very reluctant to let any weight go, but puts it on very easily. I will stick at it and hopefully it will start going in the right direction again.

I am at 6 stone lost but lb heavier than the lowest weight which was the week my dad died.

I'd love to come back to you lot - waves to everyone who is a long termer here - and I am hoping you will keep me on track. I think I want to lose another 1.5 stone

Groovee · 09/09/2018 19:52

Welcome back PA, so sorry to hear about your dad 💞

ALemonyPea · 09/09/2018 21:20

Welcome back PA. You were my inspiration last time. So sorry to hear about your dad 💐

MyGuideJools · 10/09/2018 10:21

Welcome PA so sorry to hear about your dad, what a shock.🌷 I can't begin to imagine how you cope with another loss so soon, I'm still trying to come to terms with losing my dear dad.
I rejoined this thread but tbh I keep losing and putting on the same 2lb! my heart isn't in it I will get back on it tho, I need too!
I must take inspiration from you guys.
Groovee Lemonypea and yourself have always inspired me. Anyone Know What happened to Groovster?? she and I were losing at the same rate but life interrupted and I fell off the wagonConfused

FoofFighter · 10/09/2018 11:21

Sad news PA, I'm very sorry to hear that xxx

FoofFighter · 10/09/2018 11:24

-2lb this week, total -12lb in 3 weeks, chasing down that 1st award this Saturday :) again

I've just forced myself to eat a bowl of courgette porridge, wasn't remotely hungry, but in a lecture at 1 and won't get a chance to eat til about 4 so figured I'd best have something.

Planning SW chilli ready meal with added salad for dinner tonight, the portion looks huge though, wonder if it'd be safe to re heat half tomorrow Hmm I know technically I shouldn't but..
