commonly known as Zoats. (zucchini)

yes just grated into it and cooked together with some mixed spice - bulks it out, extra speed, can't really taste it. Also do carrots sometimes.

Groovee · 10/09/2018 16:39

Ooh might try that later in the week.

Courgette porridge sounds awful, I love the two separately though. Does the courgette make it taste sweet like carrots would, or is it a completley different taste? I’ve grated carrot into baked oats before and that was ok.

raisedbyguineapigs · 10/09/2018 18:34

I accidentally bought 2 bags of courgettes in my online shop. I'm the only one who likes them! I was going to do courgette fritters. I don't really like porridge. Would they work in baked oats?

ALemonyPea · 10/09/2018 19:51

Well you can use courgette in cakes, which is yum, so would imagine they’d be fine in baked oats.

raisedbyguineapigs · 10/09/2018 20:43

Yeah back in the day, I made courgette cakes, but also added copious amounts of chocolate Grin. Might use some up in muffins for the kids packed lunch and while Im at it, try baked oats.

OwlinaTree · 10/09/2018 22:47

Sorry about your dad PA.

Ok day for me, very busy.
B overnight oats, banana
L chicken salad (1.5) apple
D salmon, potatoes, veg (2ish on mayo)
Snacks, mini bag choc fingers, hifi, yoghurt, one sweet (6.5)
So 10 syns in all

Weigh in tomorrow. I'm sure I'm not back in range but hoping for a small loss!

FoofFighter · 11/09/2018 14:02

exactly, people put it in cake and don't bat an eye lid, same as with carrots. I shall get you all converted I tells ya!!

(yes works in baked oats too as do carrots)

Groovee · 11/09/2018 16:27

Weigh in. Had a gain last week but apart from the wedding on Saturday I've been 100% on plan. Hoping for a wee loss.

Am so tired though and cold right now.

Binfield135 · 11/09/2018 19:49

Well done Groovee. I'd be happy with that tomorrow at my weigh in.

ALemonyPea · 12/09/2018 06:21

Well done Groovee.

OwlinaTree · 12/09/2018 06:54

Well done groovee! I went to weigh in last night, 1.5 off for me too! Need to lose 2lb to get back into target range. I'm paying again now, will I have to get back to target or just into the range?

Groovee · 12/09/2018 06:59

Well done Owlina, you just need to get back in range to stop paying.

Binfield135 · 12/09/2018 07:07

Sorry ladies, can I jump in & ask what does this mean? Do I need to give a range to my leader? I did give a goal of 10st 7lb at the beginning. Is this what you mean? I'm a long way off that anyway but just so I know. Thanks

ALemonyPea · 12/09/2018 07:34

Target range is 3lb either side of your goal weight. As long as you’re there you don’t pay for group.

Cherrypi · 12/09/2018 07:37

Oh dear another gain 1.5lb. I’m back to my June weight oops. Back to basics this week and writing down my meals. Leader confirmed my granola is no longer a healthy extra boo.

Binfield135 · 12/09/2018 13:12

-2lbs off thankfully. Very hard work through.

Groovee · 12/09/2018 13:41

Well done Bin!

I'm so tired today. I gave in and had a mini cake at work.

OP posts:
Binfield135 · 12/09/2018 13:55

Don't worry, I had a mini chocolate bar to celebrate!!

PositiveAttitude · 12/09/2018 18:41

Well done to the losers here. I had a maintain, but that was ok as it was my birthday on Saturday and I had a very good day Wink and evening Wink Wink aiming for a loss next week. I have set myself a goal of getting to my lowest weight again before I go on holiday on the 29th.

Tobermory · 12/09/2018 22:02

Weigh in yesterday, 3lb loss. So I’m down half a stone! Smile
I’m aiming for another 3 next week but don’t know if that’s too hard.
It’s my half day off tomorrow so I’m going for a cycle.

Right now I’m sitting here mulling over a packet of Aldi lentil snacks.
I shouldnt really...
