Oh my it's so cheap here in Budapest. SW is out the window as a target member. But hey ho lol. It's not every day you celebrate 20 years of marriage.

Thanks for the welcome back.

It’s 10 weeks to Xmas and I want to lose 20 ish pounds.

Technically I should be able to do it if I stick to plan and don’t sabotage my self.

I had a good cooked breakfast today and Morrison’s fish cakes with mushy peas and sprouts for dinner. Muller light and raspberries for pudding.

Hi all! I am indeed pregnant, currently 33 weeks. Little girl due at the start of December.

I've carried on going to group but not really following The Plan and have gained 2.5 stone so far (a stone of which was in the first trimester Blush ) but really don't care! I know I'll get it off again afterwards! Medics are happy with my gain and baby growing appropriately so that's really all that matters!

I'll see you all 'properly' in January!

Em I am so thrilled for you. It really lifted my little heart when I saw you were pregnant and due soon. Hope you didn't mind me having a little look to see how you were/if you were still posting. You've deserved every pound of that gain, you enjoy your pregnancy and don't worry about what you gain.

Morrison’s fishcakes with a cheese centre. 2 syns each and amazing!!

Breakfast was pumpkin porridge
Lunch was courgette and prawn pasta with cheese sauce.

My food is terrible but my exercise is non stop with walking and jumping about the trams. It's the only place I've ever seen people munching on pizza for breakfast.

Bad- Only 1lb down for me this week Shock a bit disappointed, thought it’s be more as I really had been good.

I've been weighing daily and it looks like I'll gain this week, even though I've been on plan since those two bad days. I've signed up for an exercise class on Friday night, my first in years and I'm really nervous about that as I'm still huge plus I have disabilities, but I want to keep losing every week and I need to undo the damage from earlier this week

I'm 100% on plan. Got to Tuesday to reverse any damage but I did base on 5.5lbs to stay in target.

@sunshineNdaisies I go to a fitness class with many ladies who are plus sizes and I'm not mega thin myself. No one is bothered by size. Our class is based on you becoming body confident no matter your shape or size. I am also disabled and things get adapted for those who struggle to do the main routine.

My car is in the garage and I'm bored. Dh is home and starting to do my head in a bit.

Hi, just joining this thread if that’s ok? I’ve completed 6 weeks of SW and got my 1/2 stone award today! My BMI is now 26 so I’m really pleased.
We haven’t had a takeaway in months but tonight I am planning one as I’ve been doing all the cooking and planning recently and feel I deserve it! However I don’t want to go overboard as lost 21/2 lb this week so would would you guys advise - Thai or Indian?!
