Haven't decided on tea. Too busy thinking about dinner ! I m trying the covent garden chicken and chickpea (300g) . I seem to be alright finding teas to eat because I fill my plate up with salads if Im not too keen. A dinner that I like and is satifying and free is what Im after. Not much to ask lol Grin

Cherrypi · 28/02/2018 12:09

Just had a very yummy prawn stir fry with noodles for lunch. Baked potatoes for tea I think as didn’t have all the ingredients I needed for campfire stew as I used them in yesterday’s beef fajita pasta.

Flutterby81 · 28/02/2018 14:19

Hi everyone well done to the losers Smile
Lunch I took to work is inedible didn’t cook my pasta enough but resisting the urge to go to costa have had fruit, hopefully that will keep me going until hometime.

calzone · 28/02/2018 17:12

Weigh in tonight......

I dread it every week.

FrozenMargarita17 · 28/02/2018 17:37

Does anyone have any good recipes to share? I struggle to find things on the SW app and website - I wish there was a way to filter it instead of having to trawl through pages and pages. I know you can search by ingredient or whatever but I think filters like 'syn free' would be helpful !

FrozenMargarita17 · 28/02/2018 17:37

@calzone best of luck!

FrozenMargarita17 · 28/02/2018 17:38

@boats16 is that soup free? I need better quick lunches at home..

boats16 · 28/02/2018 17:57

This is what Groovee sent to me.

Buckwheat and Bean 300g
Skinny chicken and chickpea 300g
Vegetable 300g
Skinny peri peri 300g
Slow roast tomato 300g
Carrot and coriander 300g

These varieties can be used for HEB. Smile

Flutterby81 · 28/02/2018 18:28

Good luck calzone

Flutterby81 · 28/02/2018 18:30

@FrozenMargarita17 I find pinch of nom website great for recipe ideas also found some on Pinterest most of which seem to be from slimmingeats site. Hope that helps Smile

boats16 · 28/02/2018 18:39

Flutterby81 · 28/02/2018 18:54

Just made cheeseburger pasta after seeing it mentioned on this page it was delicious the whole family liked it and il definetly make it again

MumInTheCity · 28/02/2018 18:58

Just tried the halo top peanut butter cup ice cream - I know it's not really ice cream weather but it was so delicious! Felt like a proper treat, I had a quarter of the tub which is only 4 syns.

B - hifi bar (half HEB) and an apple
L - Hawaiian pasta bake (HEA for cheese)
D - chicken korma (1.5 syns), onion bhajis and mango chutney (2 syns)
S - peanut butter ice cream (4 syns) and another hifi (other half of HEB)

TheImprobableGirl · 28/02/2018 19:04

Halo top ice cream sounds good - I have a milk protein allergy so ice cream is completely out for me.

Does anyone have a good creamy cajun pasta recipe? I bought some quark specially, but I can't seem to find a good one.

Groovee · 28/02/2018 19:54

Improbable I do mushrooms and onions as I can't eat peppers, fry up, add chicken add a table spoon of Cajun spice and mix well, remove from the heat then stir in the quark and add pasta.

I got Rainbow drops tonight. In an 80g bag it was only 78g. But have 7 10g bags for 2 syns.

@calzone hope it was ok. I dread it too.

Slimming Eats and pinch of nom along with 2 chubby cubs is good.

Mongolian Beef from TCC
Nacho Style Feast SW
Bacon mushroom and pea pasta PoN

boats16 · 01/03/2018 14:30

I tried a dress on today for the first time in years. I liked it so much, I bought it !!! I have a belly but last year we bought a ' Wondercore' and I now do sit ups while I watch Corrie and Emmerdale . My belly hasnt completely gone but I feel confident enough to wear a dress which is what I wanted on my holiday Smile

Flutterby81 · 01/03/2018 15:15

Hello SW peeps. I’m one of those awful dieters / gainers/ dieters who has sworn never to diet again. Only to find that my joints and feet are complaining too loudly and I have to lose weight. Is SW the answer? How easy is it to follow? Does it always work? Anyone on the online plan? (I can’t get to a group) Will I hate it? Need to lose 3 stone really. Advice welcome.
