@Cherrypi haven't heard that but if you are 100% on plan and not losing then your consultant will want you to write it all down to see if there is something you are doing and not realised. Though sometimes the whoosh effect can happen. It may be worth reading up on.
Well done @MumInTheCity 🎉

After 2 weeks of maintaining I lost 1.5 this week and got my 1 stone loss award! Really pleased.
It's 'losers' week next week at group and we're having a party. Everyone takes in free or low syn food to share. Anyone got a knockout dish I can take to impress everyone?

I have trouble having my HEX A as I'm lactose intolerant, so 1l of almond milk is just too much every day! I don't like cereal, although I did make a lovely hot chocolate with it yesterday with a choc shot! I have no problems with my HEXb because I make baked oat muffins and have them for breakfast or a snack.

Great job losers. I surprised myself by not being hungry at all yesterday, but I did use all 15 syns which I try to avoid
Going to have to do the big shop tomorrow, so stuck with limited choice for today..... probably stirfry if it hasn't gone past date, and I might try to whizz up some humus in the processor. Not very inspiring though!
B - 80g Weetabix Mini chocolate flavour (6) with half HEA Skimmed Milk
Snack so far - half a sausage and some crisps... (8)
Plan for lunch - leftover pasta bolognese and some veg
Dinner - Stir Fry veg, noodles and chicken. In a soy/5 spice sauce
That leaves me one syn under my 15 again, it should be ok this first week but I'll have to cut down next

Thanks for keeping us going, Groovee. Glad you're enjoying hour new job. Just had a read through from last Thursday and some brilliant losses.
I stuck to the SAS log last week and lost 2lbs yesterday. Might have lost more but went to see DS2 on Sunday and ended up having lunch in the Student Union bar. MiL and I shared a fish finger sandwich; oh the glamour! 😁
I've decided to do the SAS log again his week. This morning I've made soup for lunch and Quorn chilli for tea which I'm going to serve with baked sweet potatoes.
