I lost 3.5lbs! Got my 1.5 stone award and I'm down into the next stone bracket. So pleasently surprised!

boats16 · 26/02/2018 19:14

I've never heard that , I hope not😯

boats16 · 26/02/2018 19:18

Well done MumintheCity 😃

Mollie85 · 26/02/2018 19:28

I don’t always use my HEA but I use my HEB every day.

I haven’t treated myself for seven weeks and was waiting til I got into my third stone bracket (today) and I had a jam doughnut.
It was heaven Grin

My next treat is scheduled for 24th March - my birthday meal Smile

Groovee · 26/02/2018 19:30

@Cherrypi haven't heard that but if you are 100% on plan and not losing then your consultant will want you to write it all down to see if there is something you are doing and not realised. Though sometimes the whoosh effect can happen. It may be worth reading up on.

Well done @MumInTheCity 🎉

well done muminthecityStar

MumInTheCity · 26/02/2018 21:32

Thank you, well done to you too MyGuideJools. Our taster night was good, tried some lovely onion bhajis and little carrot cakes. Best of all, at the end of the meeting I got slimmer of the week and slimmer of the month! Really happy with that.

MyGuideJools · 26/02/2018 22:59

fab!!! muminthecity 🎉🥇you must be chuffed!Smile

Flutterby81 · 26/02/2018 23:10

Well done @MyGuideJools and @MumInTheCity.
Stayed on plan today and used 8.5 syns

Cherrypi · 26/02/2018 23:22

Well done muminthecity.
Discovered frozen grapes tonight. They are amazing.

boats16 · 26/02/2018 23:49

they sound good.Where did you find those ? Are they ok ?Alot of frozen fruit Ive had has been a bit mushy Sad

boo1507 · 27/02/2018 01:04

Wel done muminthe city

Cherrypi · 27/02/2018 03:11

I just put grapes in the freezer. They take longer to eat. Shame they’re not a speed food though.

MabelStark · 27/02/2018 08:26

After 2 weeks of maintaining I lost 1.5 this week and got my 1 stone loss award! Really pleased. Smile
It's 'losers' week next week at group and we're having a party. Everyone takes in free or low syn food to share. Anyone got a knockout dish I can take to impress everyone?

Flutterby81 · 27/02/2018 08:36

Well done @MabelStark.

calzone · 27/02/2018 09:19

I took lasagne to my taster night.

I make mine with cauliflower cheese sauce which makes it syn free.

It’s a game changer.

boo1507 · 27/02/2018 09:44

MabelStark - ask MumIntheCity for her cherry muffin recipe - they looked awesome! Plus I am dying to make them myself!

boats16 · 27/02/2018 09:55

Well done@Mabelstark I agree with boo the cherry muffins look delicious 😀

twizzr · 27/02/2018 09:59

I Believe! I believe.

27 days in and now down 10lbs,

Stick with it, it's working.

boo1507 · 27/02/2018 10:10

Or if you fancy savoury, calzone knows a mean lasagne recipe!

raisedbyguineapigs · 27/02/2018 10:15

I have trouble having my HEX A as I'm lactose intolerant, so 1l of almond milk is just too much every day! I don't like cereal, although I did make a lovely hot chocolate with it yesterday with a choc shot! I have no problems with my HEXb because I make baked oat muffins and have them for breakfast or a snack.

boo1507 · 27/02/2018 10:25

What about Lactofree cheese RaisedByGuineaPigs?

Using unsweetened almond milk in sauces?

Groovee · 27/02/2018 10:47

Rice pudding?

Well done @twizzr

Great job losers. I surprised myself by not being hungry at all yesterday, but I did use all 15 syns which I try to avoid
Going to have to do the big shop tomorrow, so stuck with limited choice for today..... probably stirfry if it hasn't gone past date, and I might try to whizz up some humus in the processor. Not very inspiring though!

B - 80g Weetabix Mini chocolate flavour (6) with half HEA Skimmed Milk
Snack so far - half a sausage and some crisps... (8)
Plan for lunch - leftover pasta bolognese and some veg
Dinner - Stir Fry veg, noodles and chicken. In a soy/5 spice sauce

That leaves me one syn under my 15 again, it should be ok this first week but I'll have to cut down next

latedecember1963 · 27/02/2018 11:45

Thanks for keeping us going, Groovee. Glad you're enjoying hour new job. Just had a read through from last Thursday and some brilliant losses.
I stuck to the SAS log last week and lost 2lbs yesterday. Might have lost more but went to see DS2 on Sunday and ended up having lunch in the Student Union bar. MiL and I shared a fish finger sandwich; oh the glamour! 😁
I've decided to do the SAS log again his week. This morning I've made soup for lunch and Quorn chilli for tea which I'm going to serve with baked sweet potatoes.
