B - nothing
L - chicken salad (1 syn for mayo)
D - bacon, onion, mushroom, sweet corn and mozzarella pasta bake (HEA)
S - 2 alpen light bars (HEB)
Have only used one syn so might have a bit of chocolate later.
I'm going on a picnic with DD tomorrow, have made SW sausage rolls using WW wraps, hard boiled eggs, vegetable crudités and fruit. Planning to do lots of cycling as well and will avoid the ice cream van!
