Change of plan for lunch. Got some leftover chicken so doing a chicken and pesto pasta for lunch, with some salad.

Breakfast was weetabix and milk and I’ve had a malteaser bunny for 8 (!) syns. Didn’t realise how many until after I’d bitten the ears off, I though it would be about 4, lucky I checked!

Dinner is lamb hot pot which should be all free so I have enough syns for a protein shake later (5).

Forgot to syn pesto but it’s 2 syns luckily so that will be 15 for the day. Phew!

1.5 lb off today, now 9st 13.5lb. So missed hitting target by 1lb. It is nice to be in the 9st bracket for weigh-in. I have been in the 9st bracket at home, but that is with next to nothing on at 7am!

Will work really hard next week to hit target...I will keep reminding myself that every bit of chocolate is costing me £4.95!

Anyone know how many syns in Icelands cheese and onion crispbakes. I had one with SW chips and 1/2 plate salad . Lovely, I cant find the syns anywhere though. ???????????

Been out for lunch today, had a cheese and ham Panini so a gazillion syns, but tasted nice. Going to have to be good the rest of the week to make up for it!
Got slimming world curry for tea which is syn free at least!!

Hi everyone. I hope you don't mind me joining you all.

I joined sw again last week and need to keep motivated. I have spent the last couple of days catching up with the thread.

So, I lost 7lbs this week but have a whopping 6.5 stone to go. I need all the motivation possible. Its frightening just how easy it has been to get to my current weight. Luckily though I have not felt hunger like I thought I would so something is working. I just hope this carries on.

I'm attending group because I need lots of motivation. The weekly shaming weigh-ins will be the one thing to keep me on track.

I have stopped eating/drinking alot of my favourite things like Cake and Wine to get that loss. I will try and keep it up this week and then slowly re-introduce slowly to see what the damage will be.

I'll have to have a look at that. I've never heard of it before.

I lost 0.5lb this week bringing me up to 1.5stone lost so I got my award! It's star week and today I had a lunch out too so I'm quite pleased. This weekend is a booze filled girls weekend so I booked holiday for next week so I can get fully back on track and not have the pressure of a weigh in to make me worry and most likely fail.

Hi Raspberry .....Burlesque sounds fun. I am hoping to get a bit of confidence to go back to salsa as I enjoyed the class that I took. I'll need lots of encouragement but will in a couple of weeks. Fingers crossed!

Well done Frozen, thats fab. I can't wait til I'm shouting from the roof tops about losing 1.5 stone too. I think after detoxing I'd end up on my backside after a sniff of anything alcoholic. Grin

Thanks MyGuide it doesnt say 77g each , but what it does say is 131 calories per ovenbaked crispbake.Its a 320g packet . Does the 1 syn for 20 calories come into play if you dont know the syn value of something ?

Well done frozen and old. Hi raspberry. Today I've had

B-fruit salad
L-2 small wholemeal heb, bacon (fat removed) and tomatoes
D- Chicken Cassarole with speed veg plus broccoli cabbage and potatoes. 5.5 syns for some gravy granules and butter for potatoes. So worth it.

I've had a hifi bar for 3 syns too and plan to have an options hot chocolate and 2 malted milks later taking me to 14.5 syns. 1st time I've felt full in a while. Must of been the buttery potatoes...

Hi all. I'm having to miss weigh in tonight but no bad thing as this week hasn't been great. Good day today though and have done a meal plan for the week as I'm going off track without one.

B - nothing
L - weight watchers wrap with tuna and cheese plus frozen raspberries
D - fakeaway doner kebab with veg

Well done losers and welcome Raspberry. I've stayed on plan today:

B - nothing
L - chicken salad (1 syn for mayo)
D - bacon, onion, mushroom, sweet corn and mozzarella pasta bake (HEA)
S - 2 alpen light bars (HEB)
Have only used one syn so might have a bit of chocolate later.

I'm going on a picnic with DD tomorrow, have made SW sausage rolls using WW wraps, hard boiled eggs, vegetable crudités and fruit. Planning to do lots of cycling as well and will avoid the ice cream van!
