Ooh well done Mum. I had apricot wheats for the first time this morning for a change. Going to try them with yoghurt now. 0.5lb off this week happy with that.

Yoghurt, defrosted berries and apricot wheats a definite success. Only used half my hex b for a change so will have a syn free cereal bar later. Going to plan my meals and snacks round speed first this week as some low speed meals have been sneaking in.

I had some defroted berries on my cereal thi morning Cheery but they go all watery .You can drain the water off but I dont think theyre as nice as fresh. Ive bought a big tub full too Sad

Groovee, that makes my teeth hurt just thinking about it!

Been super-good today as weigh-in tomorrow.

B- Bran flakes and SS milk
L- Half a SW chicken tikka meal with salad
D- Other half of SW chicken tikka meal with broccoli and peas
Syns- splash of milk in 3 cups of tea

Yesterday I swam 40 lengths then 15 year old DS challenged me to a 3 km running (jogging) race round the village last night, he did a 5km loop. I won by a good 3 minutes. Grin Oh the fun we have in the Oldowls household whilst GCSE revision should be being done!

B - weetabix, with chopped apple and some of my hexA milk and half tsp sweetener (probably wouldn't bother doing this again!)
L - leftover pork and potato bake with leftover homemade burgers and sauce
D - apricot turkey meatballs with rice and broccoli/carrot

Snacks - fruit/carrots

Syns- 3 syns for apricot jam in sauce for meatballs, 2 syns for meringues in fruit

Met my friend at Nando's. 8.5 syns for my meal. It was lovely and worth it. Been 100% again too!
Going to my DD's godparents tomorrow and I'm picking up subway for us both x

Evening all. 1st weigh in tonight and I lost 5lb!! i can't actually believe it. I'm so happy with myself.

breakfast-weetabix

Lunch-boiled eggs, tomatoes, onions and mushrooms.

Dinner- Lasange (8s) salad and jacket

Snacks 2 malted milk (4s) hifi bar (3)

Good day here.
B - weetabix and milk
L - chicken breast, rice, cauliflower and mayflower veg curry (4syns)
Snacks - satsumas and a pear, small bag of quaver things (3.5 syns)
D - salmon, roasted veggies and sweet potato mash, sprinkle of light feta (2 syns)

Didn’t realise I still had syns to play with until I just wrote that down. I’m pretty pleased with that.

Just realised that I haven’t sorted tomorrow’s lunch though so that means I’ve got to send DH to work to fend for himself. Whoops! Going to do a SW quiche and salad.

Couldn't be bothered this morning so ate the contents of the fruit bowl.

Am about to head to subway on route to DD's godparents for salads for us and rolls for the kids.

Chicken curry in the slow cooker for tea tonight. Looking forward to that.
