B - strawberries and fat free yoghurt
L - green beans, sprouts, new potatoes, lean lamb, and peas
D - heck sausages, potato cubes, peas

S - 2 malteaser bunnies (whoops).

Definitely over syns today but I don't really use my syns so I don't feel SO bad about it.

Testarossa1 · 02/04/2018 11:44

Whoop! I've just been to weigh in and I've lost 2lb! Really chuffed with that, 2.5lb to target. Plus I'm back in the 9st bracket, not been there for years!

@ blondes I can't do without breakfast, plus I always have a mid morning and mid afternoon snack, usually fruit.

B - 2 x wholemeal toast with marmite
L - scrambled eggs with salmon
D - ham and mushroom pasta bake.

boats16 · 02/04/2018 11:48

Well done losers. Hope I lose this week. Not been perfect but hardly eaten any chocolate. Much less stressful now I’ve hidden my scales.

Littlepig8834 · 02/04/2018 16:32

Sounds like lots of you have stuck to lan this Easter. I haven't! Was ok on Saturday and yesterday morning but it's been mainly chocolate since then.

Drawing a line now and hoping for STS on Thurs!!

Littlepig8834 · 02/04/2018 16:32

Stuck to plan, not Ian!!

Groovee · 02/04/2018 16:42

BasinHaircut · 02/04/2018 18:46

Hi all, just checking in now the weekend is drawing to a close. Sat/sun/mon not a complete disaster, but not as good as I’d hoped —didn’t eat as much chocolate as I was going to let myself today—. Like tutty I’m also hoping that m first WI isn’t a complete washout.

I’ve made a sweet chilli sausage pasta thing for dinner, which smells amazing and should only be 1.5 syns - 2syns per portion depending on whether I syn the teeny amount of blended up pineapple I’ve chucked in it. Got butternut squash and green beans to go with it, plus enough for lunch tomorrow too.

Now Easter is over I feel like I can really knuckle down and do this. The week is planned out food-wise and I don’t really have any plans this week to throw me off course. The following week I’m off work to have some days out with DS whilst he is on school holidays so need to think about what I’m going to do then, but shouldn’t be too bad.

MumInTheCity · 02/04/2018 18:55

B - cheese omelette (HEA), bacon, beans and mushrooms
L - none, had a late breakfast
D - baked salmon, roasted med veg, salad and broccoli
S - 2 hifi bars (HEB)

Weigh in is tomorrow, a day late because of the bank holiday, I'm really hoping for a good loss after all the temptation I've resisted this week! Haven't had any syns today as I'm planning to eat my small Easter egg (25 syns) tomorrow after weigh in!

PinkUnicorn1990 · 02/04/2018 19:05

Well done all those who have managed to stick to plan, had an awful weekend food wise Blush it was my daughters first birthday party so that combined with family visiting and Easter, it has been a disaster!
Back on plan tomorrow, if I STS I will be ecstatic but it's weigh day tomorrow so a good day to restart I think

Testarossa1 · 02/04/2018 19:06

Thanks all, well done to flutterby and good luck to tomorrow's weighers!

Have gone over syns today as dp got me a malteaser teaser bar, 9.5syns. But it was really delicious!

MyGuideJools · 02/04/2018 19:35

well done on your loss testerossa
After my disappointing STS after being 100% on plan (I weighed a day early) I've decided to knuckle down and not weigh in again until next week.
I worked out the Easter egg (normal size) I ate yesterday was 46 synsShock
it wasn't even that nice!!

raisedbyguineapigs · 02/04/2018 20:03

I've had quite an emotional rollercoaster Easter weekend. My grandmother died on Friday. She was extremely old (105) and we were expecting it, but I spent all day with my dad in the care home/ funeral home, drinking tea and biscuits. My parents had loads of cake and biscuits in, as they do when my kids are staying, and I just made bad food choices when I could easily have had something else. That was off the back of a couple of weeks of STS, so I was a bit fed up anyway. I don't weigh in until Thursday, so I'm thinking I might do SP for the rest of the week. I have a 12 week countdown running until June, so I'm going to give myself until them to see if I can get back on track with it and lose a proper amount of weight. If I don't, I think I'm going to just pack it in Sad

FrozenMargarita17 · 02/04/2018 20:27

I've not been brilliant over the weekend.. could be worse but this week will be a challenge - I have a trip to London tomorrow, a spa day on Thursday with afternoon tea, and a weekend away in Brighton. All of which I don't get to choose where we eat! It's going to be really difficult but hopefully lots of walking will help and I'll try to choose the best thing possible in all situations ! Eep.

Today -

B - nothing. I had a lie in!! (Non-sleeper baby)
L - late lunch with homemade beef burger, pizza fries with tomato and mushroom, and enormous salad! (2 syns for slice of light cheese) healthy A and B for mozzarella and wholemeal roll.
D - fruit with fat free yoghurt and 2 meringues (2 syns)

S- carrots, Creme egg (the last of the chocolate I have, 9 syns)

So all in all 13 syns.

Testarossa1 · 02/04/2018 20:31

Just wanted to share. I've just tried on one of my favourite dresses that I haven't been able to wear for over a year as the zip was No where near to being able to do up. I nearly cried when it zipped up easily tonight. I know you lot would understand where I'm coming from!

Tuttytoffee · 02/04/2018 20:33

Well done on the losses!

I've had an ok day

B-weetabix 1 syn sugar and a pear

L Chicken salad 2 syn dressing

T Chicken breast, broccoli, green beans and Swede mash

Snacks hifi bar 3 and a couple of the kids fries 🙈 Couldn't help myself.

I'm so hungry it's stupid. Even if I pick on fruit, pickles and ham I still feel like I need something. Maybe my body is craving the sugar it's missing. I was having about 6-8 cuppas a day with 2 and a half sugars in each one. I ate a lot of crisps, white bread and butter and picked on chocolate. I hope this eases soon coz at the moment I'm just thinking about food all the time.

Tuttytoffee · 02/04/2018 20:34

Well done test That's amazing!! Looks fabulous too.

Groovee · 02/04/2018 20:36

Whooty whooo @Testarossa1

Have had 1 HE A&B and 10.5 syns. I also have a huge spot coming up on my chin!

How do holidays work? If you book holiday I assume this mean you don't need to back-pay?

didireallysaythat · 02/04/2018 21:43

I think that's how it works frozen - I've just started a 12 week count down but I'm away for 4 weeks so I've had those marked down. You're allowed 6 week's holiday a year so more than that and I'll pay.

boats16 · 02/04/2018 21:55

Well done @ Flutterby Flowers
You look great @ Testarossa I know exactly where youre coming from ! I was sorry to hear about your dad @ Raisedbyguineapigs

calzone · 02/04/2018 23:09

Groovee that spot could weigh heavily at weigh in 🙈
