I'm not weighing this week. I know it will be bad if I do and as Target I'll weigh next week. Still going as part of the social team though x

Sorry to hear about your Grandma, Raised. What a grand age she reached. Treasure all the memories you have.

Testarossa, you look amazing. I went shopping yesterday and was surprised how much my shape has changed. It is lovely seeing clothes fit so nicely.

One of the good things about losing weight is underwear is not uncomfortable any longer. Back in September, the red marks my bras left each evening were painful. It was either, buy bigger underwear or lose weight. I am glad I chose the latter.

Weigh-in on Thurs morning this week. I have 2.5 lb to lose to get to my final target- 9st 12.5lb and 2 stone lost. Fingers crossed.

Good morning, and thanks for all you're nice comments. I'm going to a surprise 30th birthday party at the end of April. It's an evening do, and I'm thinking of wearing that dress.

@ Groovee I had spots breaking out for probably first 4-8 weeks, think they say it's your better eating being like a detox for your skin. Mines much clearer now.

B - Cereal and yoghurt
L - stuffed potatoes
D - cottage pie

Better get moving as heading to the gym this morning, need to make curry for the freezer, the cottage pie for dinner and I'm going to make SW choc chip brownies (2.5syns each)

@Testarossa1 must have been that binge of crap instead of what is my normal eating now. Am back on plan 100% as if I was still on a weight loss journey this week. Will go back to target journey next week once I've weighed in.

Thanks Boats and Oldowl. Its weird because she really was desperate to go. She outlived her youngest son and her grandson by quite a way and she just kept saying she wanted to be with her son again Sad

But I feel crappy healthwise from my rubbish eating, so I had 2 eggs with spinach and tomatoes for breakfast and I have a homemade soup for lunch. I am doing SP for the first time in ages, but cant think where I'm going to fit in 2 x HexB's now, as I didn't feel like toast for breakfast!

I think when you are 105, you must be so tired. I imagined she just wanted to go to sleep and be at rest.

Try and go for a nice long walk. Loss really takes it out of you.

I might do that. I keep meaning to start couch 2 5k. Kids are at a holiday club tomorrow so I might take a break from work and do a long walk

I made cheeseburger pasta this week - a big, big hit in the house. Also Campfire Stew, which was to DIE for. Bit spicy for the tiny people though.

Have been to London today and didn't get to choose where we ate. I got a skimmed latte (5syns) then wagamamas Yaki udon (12.5 syns) but have done nearly 9000 steps and won't have any more syns for today or probably tomorrow. Thursday I have a spa day/afternoon tea and Friday I go to Brighton for a weekend away with the girls which means lots of drinking. I do hope that I don't put too much on. I'm already dreading it ! I know it's all about no guilt etc but I DO feel the guilt.

Testa that dress is lovely! Well done!
I have my father in law's wedding in 3 months so I'm hoping to be feeling and looking a bit better by then 👍🏻

Back on plan today. Feeling hungry but I didn't have breakfast as in a rush for work so no HEB yet today!

B-none
L- leftover chicken veg and pasta (0)
D-nacho beef with rice/potato and HEA cheese. (0)
S-2 biscuits (5)

Might have a few syns for pudding 😊

I'm off to Ikea for a look round and dinner with a friend tonight. Not sure what I can have SW friendly. I've been on plan all day.
I'm sure I will be walking round with her for agesGrin so that will use some calories!

@ boats I use cereals as my heb, Its usually 45g, I have bran flakes, shreddies, bite sized shredded wheat, raspberry or blueberry wheaties. Or I have 2 weetabix or 2 standard sized shredded wheat. As a treat I sometimes get mini weetabix with choc chips in. I always have yoghurt with my cereals (save my milk for cuppa's!) Usually plain yoghurt with a bit of honey or sweet freedom fruit syrup which is sugar free. Apart from the bran flakes most of the cereals work well as an overnight oats type breakfast. Hope that helps!!

Choc brownies have worked well. No weird after taste to these!!

More than I expected. Got my 3 stone award and slimmer of the week. That's a total of 3 stone in 10 weeks - I'm over the moon!
