Having lost 4st in 2017... I'm looking at target by Valentine's Day if possible.

I myself also want to try the Hartley's 10 cal jellies, which are 0.5 syns, vegan and apparently good.

Tea - asda veg dansak (free - 2 ) with rice

2nd Tea - was ultra craving and wanted to stick to plan so had slimming world chips with tomato salad (half and half). Really nice

Snack - rest of alpro plain w/ coconut, vanilla SF syrup and frozen rasp's (2/3)

Well done on the losses. No breakfast for me as 6am start at work and got up late too! Just about to have ham salad and grapes for lunch. Hope everyone has a good day

Well done on everyone weighing in this week.

Just had an Iceland SW veggie burger. Tasted like a falefal. Really liked it. Might try making my own.

I even synned my mug shot lol.

Feel quite inspired after meeting my new consultant last night. He was lovely.

Garlic and chilli seasoned tomato, rocket and kale with a LM pp burger (1) and a veg sausage (0.5)

Liking the 10 cal jellies ! Even if I did buy loads Blush I think these will really help me with my cravings in an evening. I also bought the lotus biscuits which are in little packs of 2. These I'll have to careful with. Good luck to everyone weighing in x

Been sticking to SW what's really helped is looking at photos of when i was lightest. I want to get back to being that weight as I felt fantastic- full of energy to do things with children and much more confident. I'm going to get some photos printed and stick them inside the cupboards to motivate me & OH as he copies me so has also put weight on.

Today had:
B: egg & tomato muffin plus pot of berries
Snack: muller light Greek style lemon yogurt (free I think )
L: Han & egg salad & melon & grapes
S: Apple & banana

Need to decide what to cook for dinner either a chilli or chicken curry

Evening all, Well done to all who weighed in this week. Iamnotastepfordhousewife I'm really impressed, hoping for a similar loss myself this week.

Had a terrible day yesterday, ended up eating most of a pack of chocolate digestives in comfort eating. Really fed up with myself. But managed all day on plan today, so hoping i've managed to right it a bit.

Had the most amazing dinner tonight. Baked potato with salad on the side and SW chicken mayo to top it for 1.5 syns. Made with skinless cooked chicken, onion, pepper, garlic and coriander granules, 3 tbsp of fat free natural yogurt and 3tbsp light mayo. It was AMAZING.

Weigh day tomorrow, fingers crossed for a good loss on my first 10 days!

I lost 1lb this week. Absolutely gutted as I'm sticking to plan and having between 5 and 10 syns. Previously I have lost 4 - 6lbs in week 1.

I'm going to stick with it for a few weeks, making sure I have good variety in my A and B choices and more speed.

Onwards and downwards hopefully!
