Having lost 4st in 2017... I'm looking at target by Valentine's Day if possible.

Look forward to welcoming everyone back and welcome to those embarking on their journey x

Well done @mollie85 that’s a great loss Smile
3lbs loss for me this morning. Dinner is chilli today probably with salad and a few wedges not sure what il take to work yet, maybe some chicken pasta.

HereHoldMyDrink · 29/01/2018 10:33

Hi everyone can I join in please?

I'm starting today following from home I've weighed in and feeling motivated.

Some great losses so far, hopefully next week I will be one of them!

Testarossa1 · 29/01/2018 10:54

A bit disappointed, only half off this week Shock but then did have a slice of pizza on saturday night and an ice cream at the seaside yesterday....

latedecember1963 · 29/01/2018 11:53

Morning everyone, welcome newbies and well done on all the losses! Glad the pantry list was useful, Vintage63.
I'm feeling a bit in the doldrums today. I STS last week and gained 1/2 lb this week. It's wet and miserable outside and I'm really missing DS2. I was ok when he went to uni in Sept but the house seems really empty since he went back after Christmas.
I've had fruit & yoghurt for breakfast. Making home made butternut squash soup for lunch and tea will be tuna steak with new potatoes, broccoli and green beans. Just need to give myself a shake!

latedecember1963 · 29/01/2018 11:55

Sorry, that should have been Vintage62.

Groovee · 29/01/2018 13:18

Been to the dr. She's agreed I need some anti inflammatory meds which I can't always take.

Made waffles for breakfast. They were yummy.

Gammon for tea with salad and wedges.

Well done Mollie that is fantastic. You to Flutterby. Test all the little half pounds will soon add up.

I'm hoping for my first award tomorrow night but I'm not sure as I've been feeling ill all week with a stinking cold and I think I've probably gone over my syns with all the throat lozenges and honey. I just want to feel better now.

Ness1234 · 29/01/2018 14:39

Can I join the he thread, went back to SW last week after a long Xmas break, due to weigh in this Thursday.

mommytoboo86 · 29/01/2018 19:48

just noticed my post from thursday is not showing not quite sure why??
I lost another 4lb last week so got my 1/2 stone award and also slimmer of the week I am so chuffed. I had to go out on Saturday and buy a few knew clothes as my tops were quite loose already.
it's quite strange but even thou I've only been on plan and lost a half stone I have this new found self confidence that I've never experienced before. my dh even commented that he's noticed a change on me just not my size.
hope it all having a good week
xx

Groovee · 29/01/2018 20:04

That's great @mommytoboo86 well done x

I joined today! I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed and confused to be honest. I'm 5 foot 5 and 10stone 11lbs. My wee one is now 8 months so clearly the 2 stone of baby weight is not about to fall off. I'm a bit confused about the healthy eating extras. Would porridge with skimmed milk and berries be free? What about skimmed milk in coffees? I also breastfeed. I need to go shopping tomorrow but no idea what to buy! Very overwhelmed. 🤷‍♀️

HereHoldMyDrink · 29/01/2018 21:31

@1haudyerwheesht did you tell them you are breastfeeding as you get extra healthy As, they have a leaflet for it.

Day 1 for me has been good, 11.5 syns and 13k steps, feeling more motivated than I have been for a long time.

1haudyerwheesht · 29/01/2018 22:34

Just reading my pack now. Yes, I get extra healthy eating extras that are best used as dairy. Any tips for an Aldi trip?

MumInTheCity · 29/01/2018 22:43

Had my first weigh in tonight - 11.5lb off Shock. I'm so surprised but delighted - hoping for my stone award next week.

Groovee · 30/01/2018 03:59

Well done @MumInTheCity 🎉🎉

Flutterby81 · 30/01/2018 07:43

Wow that’s a fantastic loss well done @muminthecity

MumInTheCity · 30/01/2018 07:59

Thank you - to be fair it's only a drop in the ocean compared to how much I actually need to lose! Still, it's a good start and hopefully enough to keep me motivated.

Flutterby81 · 30/01/2018 11:46

Today’s menu-
Breakfast- weetabix with skimmed milk and blueberries.
Lunch/dinner -bolognaise with green beans and sweet corn
Evening- chicken pesto pasta and satsumas to take to work
Snacks- fibre one lemon drizzle, yoghurt and nectarine.
What’s everyone else eating today??

Groovee · 30/01/2018 12:07

Fruit Omelette for breakfast
Chicken, leek, carrot and potato soup.
Taster at group tonight so eat there

Pipsqueak11 · 30/01/2018 13:01

Would it be possible to repost the pantry list - I have back over the thread for it but can't find it . Was it posted by late December?

latedecember1963 · 30/01/2018 13:17

What a start, Muminthecity!

Pipsqueak11, I've had a look back for you and it's on page 7 on Sunday 7th January.

Ness1234 · 30/01/2018 13:33

I’ve had porridge with blueberries for breakfast
Home made butternut squash and sweet potato soup for lunch
Jacket and chill for tea with extra veg on top.
Now got to resist eating all the muller lite yoghurts, 12 for £3 at Morrisons, maybe I need to stop buying them?

Ness1234 · 30/01/2018 13:34

Any ideas for anything quick to take to the free food taster session, ours is on Thurs am?

Flutterby81 · 30/01/2018 15:42

@Ness1234 I was the same with the miller lites while they were 12 for £3 at Asda I have enough for a couple of weeks left in the fridge still!
