I made a syn free lasagne.

No eggs or cottage cheese. I made my infamous cauliflower cheese sauce.

Yum.

Does anyone have any tips on getting motivated?

Every morning I'm determined to get back on plan, breakfast and lunch go well then about 4pm i start to loose the plot.

Tweety......you need to eat more.

Try eating breakfast later and then having something like ham and eggs and salad for lunch.

Fill yourself up.

Have a bottle of water at 4pm and then a cup of tea and eat dinner at 6pm.

Fill up on protein Tweety. I find of that fills me up it stops me picking.

Found out yesterday that my op has been put back another 3 weeks to 16th Nov. It's a nuisance for all kinds of reasons but I'm taking the positive thinking route of hopefully losing extra weight before a general anaesthetic than I would by my original date.

Thanks for the tips. I'm going to try and concentrate on filling myself up lots of free foods and not syns.

Today I've had scrambled eggs on two slices of brown bread with tomatoes. Lunch was leftover chilli with cous cous. Dinner is going to be SW chips and meat free burgers with salad.

I've had two Satsuma's this morning and I'm just about to tuck into some carrots.

I've been at a work training thing all day today and I did not eat the pastries or the brownies.

I did eat a banana and a satsuma and some chicken on a stick.

Pleased with myself for that.

I get the 4pm munchies as well. I have rich tea finger biscuits if a banana won't do. They're 1syn each but better than chocolate hobnobs which were my pre-SW 4pm staple.
I've had scrambled egg on toast with some leftover baked beans for breakfast.
Ds1 has his driving test at 10-15am so I want to feel full up so I don't resort to nervous nibbling on his behalf!

Weigh in this morning and another 2lbs off!!

Going to climb snowdon on Sunday so will be smashing the body magic but I can't say the same for food optimising that evening haha

I will try my best but with yet another cold, it's gonna be hard

I hope everyone has a positive weekend :)

It's 4pm, I have the munchies and my boys are eating Oreos!!! I'm determined not to give in today. I've just eaten an apple and now I'm drinking a cup of tea while watching the tipping point. I'm hoping it will distract me. If it all gets too much I have some Rich Tea fingers in the cupboard. Thanks for the tips everyone.

I’ve completely gone off salad, can’t stand the sight of it. So trying to make soups instead for lunch. Currently have spicy BNS made.
