Well done @Groovester!
So far so good today. Overnight oats for breakfast, chicken salad for lunch. One bag of mini malt biscuits stolen from the kids' packed lunch supplies, for 6 syns.
Weekends are always my problem each time though and DH has finished work early so I hope he doesn't suggest going out for a couple in the local. I have absolutely no willpower when it comes to going out.

ohh missed that Groovester, well done!
Lunch out was fine, had sweet potato soup (minimal syns lets say 2 for any oil) and a small white roll no butter calling it my heb for today
then a seafood salad with smoked salmon, crayfish tails and prawns, loads of speedy salad, dressing on side which didn't take, and boiled potatoes.
The white roll has however totally disagreed with me and feeling pretty damned yucky :( so probably no tea tonight now. Maybe a bit of fruit.

Congratulations Groovster, that's brilliant.
Congratulations on all the losses too Skeleton, Strawberry and anyone else I've missed.
I'm home from hols so going to weigh in properly tomorrow and make Sat my regular WI day. No food in the house so I've had 2 plums, a nectarine and a bag of mini Maryland cookies for tea (6 Syns). I'm off to plan some meals and do an online shop - any recommendations for fav recipes?

Congratulations Groovester and Strawberry!🎇
Been a hectic couple of days so we've come to the caravan. We're having a meal out tomorrow to celebrate DS's A-level results and also our wedding anniversary which falls on Sunday. Aiming to have grilled salmon and veggies but will probably have a pudding.
Hope everyone has a good weekend!

Strawberry - snap. I'm 5'1. My target is 10st as well, my pre baby weight. Although to start with I've just set it for 12st as I've joined SW several times before but never lost more than 10lbs. I know the plan works it's just my motivation that's broken! My dream weight is 8st 10lbs but that feels impossible and the scales haven't been that number in over ten years.
BlooBagoo · 18/08/2017 22:32
Gosh you guys make me feel so tall! I'm 5'5 but DH is a good bit taller so I always feel tiny. Haha. I've got a long way to go for weight though, started at 19, lost some before joining up and currently at 17.1 (cursing as I was 16.13 last week). I have a lot of health issues and medication which doesn't help so I know I'll go slower than most but the important part is that I'm getting there. :)
Speaking of DH... guess what he suggested and guess what I agreed to.

BlooBagoo Definitely with you there - dead happy with 8lbs but I know that won't happen again and I don't care how long it takes to come off, the important thing is that it does and that it stays off!
Tweety - same here, not been under 10 stone since I was about 18 so not even sure if it's possible now after kids, but we'll see!

Hello! Can I join in? I've started SW up again after having DD and I've got just over 2 stone to lose! I've already lost 4lbs in the last couple of weeks but I'm struggling to find things I can make quickly or just grab as a snack while I'm looking after the baby!
