Ah @UnwiseOldElf I’ve been having unexpected gains with big losses the following week. So annoying.

Stovies is either mince, roast beef or sausages with onion, potato and stock, it becomes a mushy mess. It’s so tasty.

Muffins are salted caramel weetabix ones.

Yesterday was my first full day back on plan for weeks. Yippee Grin. I've set myself a mini goal of 4.5lbs to help get myself back on track.

Groove, your pictures are so inspiring.

How frustrating Elf. Been there, it’s so annoying when your effort doesn’t show in the scales.

I’m yet to make weetabix cakes, Groovee, but might give them a go. they look lovely.

So frustrating for you elf when you have stuck to plan hopefully you will see a big loss next week to make up for it Smile

Groovee your pictures look delicious.

Thank you for the support. I felt rubbish yesterday. It was the first time since starting that I had an urge to binge. However I managed to rein it in and just had six squares of dairy milk Shock which I'm quite pleased about. Enjoyed every mouthful too! And now having the AF from hell so at least there's an explanation for the gain.

Onward and downward...

I’ve got baked potato soup out of the freezer for lunch. Looking forward to Taster as quite a few people have shared their photos and it looks yummy.

Think of the Dairy Milk as medicinal, Elf.😊

I've just tried Go Ahead apple Crispy Slices. I checked the syns after I'd started (I know!) and a pack of 3 is 9 syns. Only ate 2 as they're hard and tasteless. The birds might like them.

I've had my first atrocious week since starting in Feb. So bad so I don't even want to go to group tomorrow xxx

Report
Groovee · 10/10/2017 13:13

@onestepforwardtenstepsback I don’t put the cottage cheese in as I found it too creamy like. But without it is very tasty.

Go to group, face the scales and it will stop you going backwards.

So annoying elf. I hope you are able to stick with it this week, you will probably see a big loss next week!

onestep what's your motivation like? If you decide to miss weigh in are you going to end up going off plan today and tomorrow? Or would you stick to it just the same? Are you going to be more disheartened by a gain this week or a sts next week?

Weigh in for me tonight. According to my scales I've had a loss, so fx. Might be at my target... Not sure, think I'm going to call it a day at 9st if I'm there tonight. Can't go next week and then week after that is my birthday so don't think I'll want to go then after all that cake!!

I’m so listed off, have out 2lb on for no reason whatsoever. Have horrible bloat today, I’m blaming that. Have nosedived a packet of peanut M&Ms and had two slices of tiger bread with butter and feel better now. Had to do the walk of shame and pay as not out of target for 2nd week. Bastard scales.

Lost half a pound. So 3lb over 2 weeks is fine.

Christmas taster was good. Wore my top which is huge now. The first photo was 10 month’s ago. 3st 10.5lbs since then

Sts!!! I'm gutted because I wanted to be at target for my 40th. If I think I've had a good week I might go to the late class next week to see if I can do it.

I blame the fact I wore jeans!

Ouch Owlina, that’s gutting.
