Not sure if anyone has heard of Lo-dough from the pinch of nom website but they have some in stock on the lo-dough website at the minute I've just placed an order but there stock doesn't last long

I got the sweet dreams book too from buying my countdown too. I've hauled out my best loved extra easy recipe book that I've never used before 😳. Going to try some new recipes.

I've seen the lo dough but lots of conflicted opinions on them. As they are white bread it's a no for me as my bowel struggles with them.

Morning all.

Breakfast this morning was muesli (synned as using HeB for tea) 4.5 syns, with milk (half HeA), strawberries and berries

Lunch I think will be a jacket with beans and salad.

Tea - going to try the KFC chicken using wholemeal bread roll at me HeB choice for the covering. A few SW chips and salad. 1 syn for ketchup

Syns:
Either an Eton mess (3 syns for meringue, 2 syns for some whipped cream)
Or
Freddo (5 syns)

Free milkshake

Total: 10.5 syns

Off to Edinburgh Fringe this weekend so thinking I won't be great as wanting to eat out a couple of times. Will do my best though!!

Well I gained a lb this morning. I knew I would gain, I've been emotionally eating all week. So today I've bought a 6 week countdown which will hopefully get me back into target by the end of it (11 lbs to lose). I could quite easily not go back to group again (and therefore gain the weight back) but now I've spent the money, I'll definitely go.

Today's food:

B: Overnight oats
L: Chicken & bacon risotto, apple, pear, plums (from a friend's garden!)
D: Salmon fillets with roasted mediterranean vegetables.
HEA: Milk
HEB: 40g porridge oats.

I need to get back to target...mainly because I've got loads of fab clothes that are just ever-so-slightly too small and I want to wear them again

@NeverEnoughSleep1 Groovee made the blackcurrant cheese cake form the book and posted a picture of it on Monday - the picture looked great - but I am just more interested in savoury recipes.
