Hi all!
Hoping you can give me the kick up the backside that I need!
I am currently a target member and have been for a few months now. Admittedly I have been on holiday and had lots of different "do's' to go to but my target is becoming a distant memory 
I need to get back to class to face the music but I just want a couple of lbs off before I do but I just don't seem to be able to get my head back into it.
How on earth do you get back in the slimming zone???
I'm only 2/3lbs above my target weight at the moment but I know that will become 5/6/7/8 if I don't reign it in now. 2/3 is much easier to lose than 5/6!
My cooking/trying recipes has stagnated which doesn't help. 
I could kick myself but it doesn't stop me reaching for the nice fatty foods
