Today I'm restarting slimming world, been doing it on line and would love a buddy or support.

Weighed this morning at 12st 7.5lbs and really want to be back to 11 stone in time for school holidays partly to get back into my summer clothes !

Struggling with motivation and can't exercise as hurt my leg 😥

Anyone want to join in x
Hoping my target is doable x

Morning all. Today will be:

BF: Yoghurt & fruit
LU: Chicken salad
DI: Tofu stir fry and noodles

Usual HEX's and snacks, plus swimming with DS and lots of walking.

Hi all, that sounds like a good day shark, hope you are better rested.

Yesterday I was at acourse but managed to avoid the samosas and nipped out for sushi and melon. My syn was popcorn and a glass of red wine then I read sushi counted as 21/2 syns- gutted!
Never mind I did a 2 mile run in the morning so hopefully that made up for it!

Today we've been out for the day and I had roast dinner without Yorkshire or roast potatoes just boiled veg( with red cabbage a I know it's got loads of sugar in but is soooooo yummy!) so am planning poached eggs for tea and off for another run shortly.

I'm nervous about my first weigh in on Wed morning, is this silly?!

Brilliant weekend that involved lots of nice food and wine.. Back on it today 100%.
Lost 1.5 lb on Friday. Hoping for a maintain this Friday.

DI: Salmon and rice and veggies

Usual HEX's and snacks; yoga and walking today.

Doing a 1.5k sea swim on Saturday which I'm slightly worried about. What could possibly go wrong, eh?

I've been saintly this morning. Two birthdays in work, so lots of cakes and sweets. Someone even brought in some home made carrot cake which is my favourite,- but I resistedHalo

Hi everyone, sorry for being radio silence !

Had a great time at bbq on sat but way too much to drink so I still feel delicate today!

Yesterday went out the window as needed sugar and fat to soak up the alcohol and give me energy to spend the day with my children Confused

Anyway it was worth it, great fun, bought a new top in size 16 which felt loose, so was really happy Smile

Today back on it !
Should of weighed this morning but took all my energy to get into work, so will weigh in tomorrow.

Breakfast - muller light and shreddies, banana

Lunch: chicken & egg salad & melon, grapes, strawberries

Dinner will be chicken, vege & rice

And noooo more biscuits!

Hello, I hope it's ok to join in with you? Joined online this morning and weighed myself at 14st4.

Breakfast was 2xgrilled bacon, one egg fried with Fry-Light and beans
Lunch was salad leaves with spring onions, pickled beetroot, some ham and low fat cottage cheese
Dinner will be sausages (using 13 syns) and SW chips.

HEXA was semi skimmed milk
HEXB 2 slices of 400g Wholemeal

Lots of water, some Diet Coke and tea with sweetener tablets.

Does that sound OK?

Hi ya Ladies

Sorry I haven't been posting of late those night shifts are kicking my arse bum!

Have not been completely on plan so I don't really deserve a loss but am back on it - like a car bonnet! It so hard to say no to all the sweets, crisps and takeaways on nights there is just so many bad influences... Every night people ordered bloody takeaways Angry! Its even worse when they go 'Oh you look fabulous', 'You don't need to diet'!

I was strong enough to say no to the takeaways but had a little pick at the crisps and sweets, Sad!!!! But nothing that would blow me completely off track...

Hi all. Ok after spending the past week messing about I am definitely going for it.

5 weeks until we go on holiday and would like to lose 10lbs in that time.

Weighed myself this evening and was 11 stone 9lbs. If I could get into the tens before we go that would be amazing.

Plan sounds great - have you tried the chicken Heck sausages, we had some Italian ones that were lower syn and I was anticipating the worst but they were ok!
Don't forget your 1/3 veg with dinner Smile

Twinkle - just put a line below any mistakes and keep going. It helped last year when I did slimming world with another girl at work so we supported each other, is there anyone you can tempt to join you?

Or can you make your own takeaways ? Curried, kebabs etc ?

So I weighed in today and had a gain of 1lb, disappointed because I was sooo good all week and I know sat & Sunday were a write off but I expected I would possibly maintain Sad

Anyway will stick to it all week as going out Saturday!! (Hopefully last weekend put me off alcohol !)

I have weighed in this morning and have lost 3lbs... Hmm not sure why that happened but am happy just the same.. well elated as I got my half a stone award!!! Grin

Welcome to the newbies! I am more determined than ever to get to goal weight now!!! Am loving scramble egg and bacon.. oh and ryvita with light laughing cow triangles with spring pickled onions/plum tomatoes!

Mulch Try quark and strawberries for your low carb snack with an ickle bit of sweetner!! That works for me. Wink

Always There are a few that do it at work but I always seem to be on the opposite shifts and have the skinny minis who can eat whatever! But am days now until the middle of july - so am focus and less chance of anything naughty!!!

Weighed in this morning at 11 stone 7lbs.

Have been good today - Apple and latter for breakfast, lentil and veg soup for lunch, cherry tomatoes, and an orange.

Have roped in all my family to help me resist the lure of the bad stuff. Went to bed early last night as I was feeling grumpy and headachy (just meant that everyone ended up in my room rather than downstairs which kind of missed the point) However I did not cave in.

Will go to Body Balance this evening as well which I love.

I've had a great week so far, perfect in fact. Tonight I decided to have pasta and bolognaise. I ate far too much pasta. I know they say it's free but it was seriously too much (230 g dried weight :-( ) so half a pack. I'm now worried I've undone all my work. I'll be gutted if I have. Ffs so annoyed with myself. I felt sick by the time I ate it all. Tomorrow's another day. Hopefully It won't cause too much damage. My first wi on Friday.
