Weighed this morning at 12st 7.5lbs and really want to be back to 11 stone in time for school holidays partly to get back into my summer clothes !

Struggling with motivation and can't exercise as hurt my leg 😥

Anyone want to join in x
Hoping my target is doable x

SharkSkinThing · 07/06/2017 10:31

Anybody found a syn free salad dressing at all?

Groovee · 07/06/2017 11:25

Helmans fat free vinegarette or balsamic vinegar.

Greenteandchives · 07/06/2017 11:29

I use Tesco Healthy Living Caesar dressing. It's not syn free, I allow half a syn, as per the Online Syns app. I just prefer it to the syn free ones.

SharkSkinThing · 07/06/2017 12:57

Cheers, Green and Groovee!

OwlinaTree · 07/06/2017 17:18

Hellmann's balsamic dressing is lovely and half a syn a tablespoon.

SharkSkinThing · 07/06/2017 20:18

Thanks, Owlina, another one to try!

I have made a huge pot of veggie dahl for lunch and tea tomorrow. Honestly, I am buying so much fruit and veg - no wonder I can't afford to actually join SW!

Only managed 12,000 steps today but I am not going to panic about it - I'll swim three times this week and did yoga on Monday, so it's more about getting some fresh air and away from my desk.

Has everyone else had good days?

Looking forward to wine on Friday, along with a home made, syn free chicken curry!

00alwaysbusymum · 07/06/2017 20:43

On plan today so far ....

Ready for a big bowl of spag Bol & salad & hot chocolate treat !

Does anyone have any nice recipes for pork tenderloin ? Getting fed up of chicken and meat is so expensive at the moment

OP posts:
Groovee · 07/06/2017 21:37

Paprika pork is lovely. I want to try the Pork stroganoff in one of the mags too!

Did 5000 steps at work in the 3 hours I was there! Got my 5 year service award at brownies. Done well food wise despite lots of choccies from parents!

Off to bed soon as I am so blimming tired.

didireallysaythat · 07/06/2017 23:20

Seriously impressed by everyone here ! I had
Breakfast: weetabix and a banana
Lunch: big salad with ham and boiled eggs
Snack: crisps - well if I syn them that's ok right ?
Supper: poached eggs, smoked salmon, ryvita (couldn't face more salad)

And then I didn't fall off the wagon so much as threw myself with enthusiasm off the cart and ran off like a lunatic.

Back on it tomorrow (although I've forgotten to make overnight oats)

Oh and steps? No idea. But when I can fit my fitbit I don't get more than 5000 on a work day. So not good.

SharkSkinThing · 08/06/2017 05:34

Well done always and Groovee. My steps on work days are also low, I have to really force myself to get out at lunchtime. I also try and leave ten mins early for the school run and nip around the block. Not always possible though!

Welcome did. Cut yourself some slack. Today is a new day so see what happens.

Today for me looks like...

BF: cottage cheese and crudités
LU: Veggie dahl and salad
DI: Probably the same!

Usual HEX and snacks, though may swap my HEX A (cheese) for something else - it's such a small portion I can't bloody taste it!

Aiming for 10,000 again too.

Have good days everyone.

Mulch · 08/06/2017 06:25

Went a bit mad on rice cakes yesterday.

Todays plan

Eggs, cucumber, Hummus

Cauliflower rice, steak veg

Courgetti spaghetti

Snacks strawberries

1.5 fasted cardio walk
Plyo home leg workout

Groovee · 08/06/2017 07:37

I work in nursery so was outside yesterday. Next week won't be as high as I am in snack.

00alwaysbusymum · 08/06/2017 17:24

Been really good so far today.

Breakfast banana & mullerlight
Lunch ham & egg salad, melon & grape
Dinner not sure either chicken or pork stir fried & veg and red cabbage salad

Snack so far apples, saving an option hot choc for evening treat

Popped to the shops at lunch time for a walk and was asked to buy treats for the team by one of the managers. So feeling really please I resisted the chocolate & biscuits all day.

Congrats, always, you must be feeling very pleased - sticking to the plan AND avoiding the afternoon treats. Didn't ruin your walk, either!

Also on track today, and managed 13,000 steps. the key for me is a lunchtime walk and then an extra small one before the school run. Amazing how quickly the steps add up.

Posting now for tomorrow as will be in the pool v early, then I'm working at a different campus for most of the morning.

BF: Cottage cheese and banana
LU: Salad and dahl
DI: Chicken or fish curry

Usual snacks and HEX's.

And it's Friday wine night! V much looking forward to a few glasses and some syn free snacks!

Hope everyone else is doing well.

00alwaysbusymum · 09/06/2017 08:53

Well my two little ones 2 & 4 woke up at 4.30 this morning, I thought it was about 6.30 when I glanced at the clock so started to get up then realised the time ! So feeling a bit tired this morning. Luckily they did get. A I to sleep for a bit.

This morning I did a sneaky weigh in and have lost 2lbs since Monday. Really happy and hope that helps me stay on plan this week. Not planning any socialising as really just want to stick to the plan this weekend and we have a few busy weekends coming up later in June.

So plan this morning is scrambled eggs, mushrooms & tomatoes for breakfast

Prob just fruit salad for lunch unless I get something out that's syn free and was thinking of some tandoori chicken skewers & rice for dinner with salad.

Thinking of trying extra easy SP next week or maybe just for mon to fri has any one done it ?

Good luck everybody hope you all have a good day

OP posts:
Mulch · 09/06/2017 11:26

That's a great result, perfect timing to keep motivated over weekend. I'm sticking to exercise loan but going to relax diet abit and have some treats.

Home Glute Workout
1.5 walking

Breakfast eggs, cucumber, Hummus, sliced ham
Lunch beef and onion sandwiches
Takeaway creole chicken, fried plantain, chips
Snacks strawberries, pineapple and dark chocolate

SharkSkinThing · 09/06/2017 17:40

Sorry about the early waking, always. But hurrah on the sneaky peak result! Very motivational!

Only 7,000 steels today, but swam for 45 mins first thng and car based the whole day. Not going to worry when that happens! Glute that's a big walk!

Getting stuck into Friday wine now, but syn free chicken curry on the go and snacks prepared!

Catch you all tomorrow. 💚

Groovee · 09/06/2017 20:06

I've never done SP. so can't help.

Forgot to put my Fitbit on after my shower today. Reckon I missed a lot of steps.

MargotFenring · 09/06/2017 20:16

Is it too late for me to join in? I am aiming to lose a stone by my hols on 8th August. I lost 2.5 lbs at this weeks weigh in, so 59 days to love 11.5lbs.

Total loss do far is 26lbs since January. I am a slow loser... So this is a big deal for me.

MargotFenring · 09/06/2017 20:17

I also exercise a lot - 3 runs a week between 6-8 miles each time and 2 sessions doing weights/resistance with a PT. 24lbs until I reach my target of 10 stone 7lbs.

SharkSkinThing · 10/06/2017 05:25

Welcome Margot! Impressive exercise routine there!

Thoroughly enjoyed my wine last night and didn't go off plan - quite an achievement for me!

Back on it today:

BF: Eggs, mushrooms, toms, bacon
LU: Quorn salad
DI: Pasta and salad

Usual snacks and HEX's.

Visiting family today which will involve lots of walking - hoping to hit 20,000 steps.

Hope you had a lie in today, always. Not done extra easy but intrigued. Tell me more!

Happy Saturday everyone.

Artofnoise1 · 10/06/2017 06:11

Hi. I'm in to week two. Doing it at home myself with books. I lost 3lb When I weighed yesterday morning. Pleased with that.

Are people not using their healthy extras? I can't see any HE's included when people are posting what they ate? I use both of mine every day.
