Burlesque sounds fun Groovee! I do Bellydance and it's amazing how much more comfortable I feel in my own skin. All the ladies are so accepting and even celebratory about us all coming in different shapes and sizes, young and old! Exercise wise I also do a mix of gym classes, zumba and running.

. I'd agree with just doing what you can at the moment, and buying easy no prep options. If friends ask if they can do anything to help maybe ask for a healthy meal to be dropped off.
