Welcome all, old and new.

Can someone help with lunch ideas and dinner I get stuck with ideas. I don't like fish. Thank you xx

Struggling with ALL THE CHOCOLATE

@t875 if I'm at work, I do soup, or salad. Plan to do some eggy muffins to go with my salad.

If I am at home I do omelettes, pasta, noodles, soups, baked potatoes.

Dinners this week
Mongolian Beef, special fried rice, baked potatoes, slimming world burgers with chips, chicken curry, sea bass with rice and steamed veg.

Only the kids got Eggs @BasinHaircut

Took my own food to the party. Need more sleep 😂

I've given DH my egg from my mum!

Great to see everyone doing well , some great inspiration here ! I have been in free fall , too many lovely weekends away , nights out and social occasions ! But know l will have to get a grip again ! Away for a couple of days tomorrow then again next weekend , damage limitation ! Missed class but went to Tesco to weigh myself and have gained 4 lb . Could be worse but had just got my club 10 ! Will be stripped of my sticker ha ha ! Been ok today , gave my eggs to skinny friends ! X

You are all so good giving your eggs away!! The DC wanted to get me something so I had flowers and some curly wurly and freddo bars which I've hidden in my syn bag
Aunt gave us all a (bloody huge) cream egg Easter egg each. I adore cream eggs, will put them with my stash and try to give the egg to someone breaks my heart
We've had a big bugger buffet. Don't think I did too bad apart from the cheesecake and macaroons. Oh and the cheese

I've been atrocious today. Will start afresh tomorrow. Gym in the morning too. Had great intentions but have failed to follow them.

Epic fail from me today, too much lemoncelo trifle and choc cake. Starting afresh tomorrow. So disgusted with myself.

alemony just reminded me, I had chocolate cake with mini eggs too! Oh well......

I think Easter Sunday been a tough one all round ! My Easter Sunday started the Friday school broke up ! Sure tomorrow will be better ! But it is a bank holiday ! 😉 X

I'm not even talking about today.

I thought I'd been really bad today, but reading this makes me feel better for not being the only one!

You're all doing so well, and are so inspiring, please don't worry about a day off, it is just one day out of weeks and months.

WI yesterday and somehow I had lost 1.5lbs. I am starting to think I don't understand this plan AT ALL - my meals were all reasonable this week but my syns spent on wine were not. I'm wondering if I work on a week long lag, and next week I'll pay for it. We shall see!

Today could have been worse. But it could have been a lot better!!
I had ten for dinner and went totally over board, I made a banoffee pie, chocolate brownies,millionaires shortbread and a lemon drizzle cake.
Sugar overload!!

I'm on implanon.

I rang the clinic and they said it happens.

I'm on day 27 of bleeding. 😨😨

It's definitely stalling my weight loss but I'm going to carry on.
I've lost over 2.5 stone and need to hold onto that.

I had bleeding problems for honestly most of last year and it definitely helped me to put on weight. You have my sympathies because prolonged bleeding is exhausting and depressing too. Hope you get some answers soon.

Calzone I had the implant and bled pretty much continuously for 6 months. I had it out in the end. It was an effective form of contraception as I could never have sex!

Epic fail here too, on my second day! Ah who starts a diet at easter! I have so much chocolate in the house! Any ideas on how to get rid of it? Other than the traditional way; stuff it all in my mouth!

miss I'm allowing myself a set amount today and then that's it. I'm fortunate in that I HATE Cadburys chocolate so I can resist most eggs. I'm going to make sure DS eats the other choc ones first then I'll be ok.

Going to a beer festival today but I'm driving. Might be going to a dessert parlour place and if we do I'm having something, but then back on it till weigh day Thursday.
