LavenderRains · 08/03/2017 09:17

Well done on all the losses people! My Wi is this afternoon. I usually go 9am but am working now so will pop in after my shift.
I will no doubt weigh more after dinnerSad
I didn't go last week so hoping for at least a pound to go down to the next stone bracket, but I had pancake fest and big bugger buffet this week so we'll see!
Good luck Em hope all is wellFlowers

YoureMyWifeNowDave · 08/03/2017 09:20

Hope everything is ok Em

harderandharder2breathe · 08/03/2017 09:40

Thinking of you em

1.5lbs off for me, I'll take that! I was doing well til the last two days so surprised at s loss at all

Frouby · 08/03/2017 09:47

Whoop whoop 1.5lb off for me!

Fuck knows how as I had dominos pizza, indian takeaway, lager, tgi fridays AND a cream bun last week! I think I had plateaud and needed a refeed or something.

Todays plan

B. Coffee
L. Crabstick and salad
T. Pasta. Not sure what with yet. Rest of them are having carbonara with real cream. I might try a quark version.

B choice will be museli or hifis.

Shamoffour · 08/03/2017 10:04

I forgot to say 1lb off for me.

BasinHaircut · 08/03/2017 10:23

I'm so pissed off! Not SW related but it's come to light that I have been overpaid for almost a year. I'm looking at owing about £1200 I think, although I'm not sure how to actually work it all out because of deductions etc. Not only that but I've now lost about half a working day to trying to work out what had happened and I'm so busy it's just drowning me. You would think the actual payroll specialists should be able to do that but apparently not. Miscommunication between HR and payroll = no one gives a shite apparently! Plus the big bods now want a business case to justify my existence it seems. Fuck sake.

ALemonyPea · 08/03/2017 10:26

😡 Basin. They can't expect you to pay that all back in one payment! Post on the legal board and ask what you can do?

Well done on the losses everyone.

Thinking of you em Flowers

May have indulged a bit to much this week a naughty sat 😫 and a meal out yesterday - which totally wasn't worth it!!! However when I've been bad I've tried to not eat any carbs and just speed the rest of that day!! So touch wood come the WI sat all is ok (hope so)!!

Larryduff · 08/03/2017 10:34

Hi all, thinking of going back to my local club tonight, don't suppose anyone knows if there's a voucher on at the moment?

Shamoffour · 08/03/2017 10:37

Well done harder and frouby!
Basin I'm fuming for you! As lemony said surely they can't expect you to pay it back all at once?!

ALemonyPea · 08/03/2017 10:39

Larry, there are free vouchers from next week in Woman magazine, so maybe worth waiting the week if you want to save £10.

OP posts:
Shamoffour · 08/03/2017 10:40

Grr hadn't finished!
Larry welcome I'm not sure, hopefully someone will know.

If a I stew a Bramleys apple without sugar it's going to be really sour isn't it? I've got such a craving for stewed apple and cinnamon (I know I'm weird) but not eating sugar/sweetener at the mo. I'm wondering whether to stew a pink lady instead?! And I'm being a rebel and not synning it.

Larryduff · 08/03/2017 10:47

Great - thanks ALemonyPea, I think I'll wait then. I've been doing my own SW since new year and lost a stone but it's stalled now. I've got another 2 to lose for my wedding in November (but would prefer it off by summer!)

Thanks Sham!

I'm a green day/red day veteran too, I cannot do EE at all (although I have had some success with SP which is basically a red day). Anyone else like me?

zoka15 · 08/03/2017 11:20

I love good all red/green days but I don't do them any more. SP is not necessarily red as you can use beens, lentils... or mix them with meat, fish...

Em good luck to you but I am sure everything is alright. I experienced quite a lot of bleeding while pregnant with my twins. I went full term and they were 7.5lb each

Groovester · 08/03/2017 12:11

Thanks for the new thread Alemony
Thinking of you em - hope the scan result is reassuring.
Some brilliant losses in last few days. Well done and Thank you, you inspiring lot.
Taster week at class tomorrow for me. Doing an easy Moroccan couscous with chickpeas dish.
My week has been ok although have an annoying dry cough and bit of a sore chest. The gym this morning was painful!

harderandharder2breathe · 08/03/2017 12:15

Basin that's shit! Hope you get it sorted!

I swam 1km today! I'm training for the Marie curie swimathon next month, I'm a poor swimmer and very slow so really happy

BasinHaircut · 08/03/2017 13:43

Thanks guys. Payroll are actually looking into it properly now so I will wait and see what they say in regards to how much and arrangements for paying it back and take it from there. If it is £1200 that's going to be a right kick in the bollocks but I realise I don't have much choice but to pay it back. I've had a look and i reckon it's £1275 difference in annual salary so not sure what that would work out in take home pay.

Hoping em is ok.

Hi guys

Scan this morning showed a teeny tiny bean with a lovely flickering heartbeat Grin Am measuring slightly small FFS, we're talking 1/2 a centimetre, everything's small if they go on my last period and a "normal cycle, but I ovulated on day 20 of a 26 day cycle (as I do pretty much every month) so they're not that worried. Dates will change "officially" at my 12 week scan which will be around Easter-ish. Apparently bleeding when you would normally be due on is very common (and I would be due on right about now) so unless it doesn't slow down over the next couple of days, I should be fine (but I can contact the EPU for reassurance whenever I need). DH and I were very relieved to see things going well.

Basin that is crap. I don't get how these things can happen in the days of computerised payroll. I hope you get it sorted nice and simply.

I am having a bit of a cheaty-day today and then getting back on the wagon nicely tomorrow after group. We've got a taster in the morning too, not going to cook anything (because I'm going to bed in a minute because I hardly slept last night) but will take some M&S mini meringues.

FaithAgain · 08/03/2017 14:17

Hooray for a tiny bean and a heartbeat em! Smile

Shamoffour · 08/03/2017 14:26

Yay em so glad your bean was in there nice and safe! Here's to a nice easy, uneventful pregnancy from now on!

loveslipstick · 08/03/2017 14:32

Just place marking over here...

I really fancy a papa johns stuffed crust pizza 🍕 😭😭😭😭

Stay strong

par05 · 08/03/2017 14:55

How many syns in a half shell easter egg Blush cadbury one pls

ALemonyPea · 08/03/2017 14:57

So pleased for you Em. Been checking this thread all day to see how you were.

When I was pregnant with my third, I wasn't sure of my dates and went to what I thought was my 12 week scan, but the sonogragrapher said I was more 5 weeks. When I went back for what was my "official" 12 week scan, I was actually almost 14 weeks, so don't fret too much about dates til then.
