Yesterday has a line drawn after it. It was not big or clever. I think I used up all my syns in a single sitting. Sad. I really was on plan all last weeks, so a maintain was a big disappointment.

So...today - onwards:

B: eggs, tomato, wheat sandwich thin, beans
L: Piece of chicken, cherry tomatoes. Pear (on the run).
D: Salmon, SW roasties, carrots and green beans. Glass of wine (4 syns)
Muller for later.

EnglishRose1320 · 31/10/2015 20:13

A few bad days here with days out with the kids, I have been choosing jacket potatoes or salads but can't resist stealing a few chips off their plates! Plus I have no will power when it comes to puddings when out! My aim is to been amazing Sunday through to wed morning for my next weigh in and hope that makes up for the bad days.

Buttwing · 31/10/2015 21:03

Cider not at all! I need all the help I can get.

I stuck two fingers up at miss slinky last night by going for a huge curry with dp last nightGrin

I've been better today though despite going to a kids Halloween party.

B-banana

L-bacon, egg and beans

S-hifi and mango

D-sausage casserole baked potato and broccoli (2syns)

S-hifi bar

Hexa skimmed milk

Buttwing · 31/10/2015 21:05

Calzone I've used the cauliflower rice/couscous a lot it's nice. My family is from Italy and I'm just not sure if I could replace by beloved pasta with veg!!

calzone · 31/10/2015 21:17

Buttwing.....DH is Italian and cringes slightly at veg sketti.

I have to get into a dress tomorrow so didn't want pasta to bloat me and the Butternutsquetti was fine. Felt good to know I was eating speed vegetables.

OP posts:
ProcrastinatorGeneral · 01/11/2015 01:34

There are so few vegetables that I can handle that the idea of fake pasta makes me feel slightly nauseous (texture issues, working on it). I just eat a fuckton of carrots and make sure my pasta sauces are filled to the brim with veg and then I blend down:o

Looking forward to tomorrow, it's either cottage pie or curry and both are tasty.

TombStoneTessie · 01/11/2015 09:39

Butternutsquetti sounds good Smile
I am having a SW cooked breakfast later so that will be brunch. Then I plan to make a couple of crustless quiches for tea and packed lunches.
I went shopping for an interview outfit yesterday and was pleased to be able to fit into sizes that I haven't been able to wear since the 90's! Got a smart dress and I never usually wear dresses at all so I'm feeling great about my weight loss at the moment.

OrianaBanana · 01/11/2015 10:56

Well done TombStone! I hate the 'Miss Slinky' and the 'star week' too (I thought that was just my consultant, horrified it's a SW thing) - even the constant clapping because someone has shown their face despite having gained gets on my nerves! But the actual support outweighs it all (so to speak Wink).

I went to a spontaneous BBQ last night and as usual used it as an excuse to stuff my face Blush I'm resigned to the fact that being out of my routine means I stuff my face, it'll just take me a bit longer to get to target I guess.

Back on it today!

B - granola (HExB) and milk (HExA) and coffee
L - salmon and prawn salad
D - SW beef burger, SW chips and veg of some kind

Already had 3 Halloween sweets, counting 6 syns and hoping to stay there...

TombStoneTessie · 01/11/2015 12:10

Yes,Halloween sweets have been a bit of an issue for me this weekend too. I kid myself that a tiny bag of buttons isn't too bad but then want another one Blush

TombStoneTessie · 01/11/2015 12:11

And I agree that one of us here needs to win Miss Slinky. Do you get a sash to wear?

FannyFanakapan · 01/11/2015 12:32

Some people are like Slinkies. They aren't really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to my face when I push them down a flight of stairs

FannyFanakapan · 01/11/2015 12:35

anyone's group do clothing exchanges? WHat do you do with your "fat" clothes - do you just chuck them or give them to charidee?

TombStoneTessie · 01/11/2015 12:38

I have been giving them to charity but I do ask around at group too.

FannyFanakapan · 01/11/2015 12:45

Tomb, what size are you now, if you dont mind me asking?

TombStoneTessie · 01/11/2015 13:10

I was fitting into 12 & 14 dresses yesterday Fanny. Previously I was fitting into size 16 trousers and 18-20 tops.

ProcrastinatorGeneral · 01/11/2015 13:20

I still weigh upwards of 22 stone so ain't any chance of me being Miss Slithery Slinky :o

Right. It has been decided that it's cottage pie later. We're apparently currying tomorrow.

I've just had a huge bucket of coffee so I'm feeling partially fuelled for an afternoon of scrubbing floors. Such glamour!

Pisghetti · 01/11/2015 21:34

Halloween party last night. Took lots of free/low Syn stuff. Also took biscuits that looked like creepy fingers. Ate loads of them Blush

I didn't know what people were on about with star week. Dawned on me when a guy had an unexpected gain and suggested star week and everyone laughed. My periods haven't come back after having the baby and now I'm on the minipill so I have no excuses!

Today has been:
Porridge HeB with milk HeA
Free pot noodle type thing
Creepy finger biscuit Hmm
Quorn steak, SW roasties, swede, carrots and peas, gravy (2)

Might try a couple of SP days.

ProcrastinatorGeneral · 01/11/2015 23:29

Creepy finger sounds like something from a dodgy seventies film :o

I need to get back to sensible tomorrow, half term has made me lazy. Off for a bloody good walk tomorrow with the toddler. We have prescriptions to pick up so we might go to the pharmacy the furthest away to get out for a while. Will be nice to have some inhalers in too!

We're having slow cooker curry tomorrow. If I remember to put it in the pot. I'm a sod for planning it all to perfection then sailing out of the house and leaving everything in the fridge :o

Buttwing · 02/11/2015 08:14

Morning all!
what's everyone having for dinner tonight? I'm struggling for inspiration I'm thinking maybe chicken as I've had a lot of red meat over the weekend.
