Well done on your size 12s calzone!

I've had a hollow day today no matter what I've eaten I've felt hungry and I've ate loads!!

B-banana, yogurt and Allen light bar

S-banana and hifi bar

L- baked potato, beans and salad

S-chicken tikka and a mug of lentil and bacon soup

D- chilli and rice and melon

Two mini chocolate digestives (2) mini bag of maltesers(5)

CiderwithBuda · 30/10/2015 09:28

Buttwing - when I have a hollow day it's because I haven't had enough protein. Depending on what kind of yoghurt you had with breakfast it was quite sugary. As was your snack. 0% Greek yoghurt with your breakfast would have given you protein - Muller Lights etc are sugary.

Calzone - interesting about the speed fruits and veg. Wil give that a try.

My food yesterday

B - porridge with almond milk, cinnamon, blueberries, flaked almonds and pumpkin seeds
L - home made butternut squash soup - I added a tin of lentils for protein
S - HiFi bar, ham
D - steak, some SW friendly roast potatoes, roast veg - yellow pepper and red onion, a sort of stir fry of leeks and cabbage greens which was just delicious, peas
Red wine (!) - can't have steak without red wine! That's me done on wine now until next weekend.
Cheese and crackers.

Haven't worked out syns. Will do later. Might have to take that as a flexi syn day and really limit syns now until weigh in on Wednesday.

FannyFanakapan · 30/10/2015 10:05

well im cheesed off - I truly was virtuous this week and have maintained. Grrrr

OrianaBanana · 30/10/2015 13:05

Fanny that's crap, but I always think you're transferring a great loss to next week so don't give up!

1lb on this week so I'm trying to get back on track today.

B - oat crisp (HExB) with semi-skinned milk (HExA), coffee
L - chicken salad no dressing lots of speeeeed
D - probably a SW ready meal with plenty of veg

S - had two chocolate biscuits so 8 syns, some fruit, if I need more I have some Walkers Pops for later this evening

xx

OrianaBanana · 30/10/2015 13:06

I know the feeling Calzone. I have people asking me if I'll know when to stop Hmm I still have around a stone to go too.

ProcrastinatorGeneral · 30/10/2015 21:48

Unless you're properly skeletal and incapable of functioning people should keep their traps shut.

I've got at least another ten stone to go though, so I doubt many people will be saying anything like that to me any time soon!

Buttwing · 30/10/2015 22:54

Thanks cider I think you're right I eat a lot of sugary stuff and I need to cut down. I've had a dodgy day today and I've just been out for a curry with dp. I'm getting back on track tom going to do some cooking and do a menu for the week. I need to get organised!

Calzone people have started saying that to me too it's so annoying. I feel I need another stone and half off but I'm just being vague when people ask demand how much more I'm going to lose.

I got nominated for miss slinky BlushI hate things like that I get so embarrassed, I feel like everyone is staring at my lumps and bumps.

overitalready · 31/10/2015 08:58

People can be so rude.

Someone at work who had been on holiday for 3 weeks and upon seeing me asked what the fuck I had done to myself, how I look better fat and men like some meat?!

Prick.

ProcrastinatorGeneral · 31/10/2015 09:07

What utter cockwomblery!

What in the name of holy fuck is Miss Slinky?! Was that at group this week? We did a Halloween quiz and inhaled coffee. Must have missed any further weirdness.

calzone · 31/10/2015 09:33

Ugh Miss Slinky sounds horrific!!!

Didn't mind being nominated for Woman of the Year but Miss Slinky? Noooo.

Thanks for the comments.....will keep going.

Plan for today......

B....bacon, sausage, egg, beans, mushrooms
L....celeriac soup
D....smoked cod fishcakes

OP posts:
CiderwithBuda · 31/10/2015 10:50

Buttwing - hope you didn't mind me pointing it out. Just struck me as soon as I saw your list.

Miss Slinky does indeed sound horrific. We are doing it too apparently. Who the hell comes up with these ideas? Might email SW! All it's making me want to do is miss group next week. Which is not helpful.

Calzone - pumpkin porridge sounds interesting!

TombStoneTessie · 31/10/2015 11:02

There is also a Mr Slinky award too Hmm

ProcrastinatorGeneral · 31/10/2015 11:14

How about they just do something to reward effort, instead of being patronising dickwads though?

I think a certificate or whatever it is is fine, voted by peers and whatnot. But to use such language? Nooooooooo.

Mind you, I'm the one who rants about the use of 'star week' instead of just using the word period. Are people really such precious snowflakes that the thought of mentioning a bodily function will cause the group to implode?!

calzone · 31/10/2015 11:18

Procrastinator.....you do make me laugh! I hate Star week too....

OP posts:
ProcrastinatorGeneral · 31/10/2015 11:19

I aim to please my dear. And if you laugh long and hard that has to count as body magic...

:o

calzone · 31/10/2015 11:20

Pumpkin porridge

Cook 35g oats in water.
Add salt, sweetener, cinnamon and mixed spice and a big dollop of canned pumpkin. Warm through and check seasoning.

Was delicious and really filling.

OP posts:
CiderwithBuda · 31/10/2015 13:14

Never heard of star week! Nothing is off limits at our group thankfully.

There is a really funny older lady who goes to ours. Late 70s I'd say. Very dry sense of humour. She had a loss this week and said it must be all the sex she was having! Grin.

overitalready · 31/10/2015 15:00

Size 12's brought and in the bag!

Today :

B - 2 coffees

L - Apple and a banana

D - homemade beef burgers with mozzarella, smoked bacon, raw onion and sliced tomatoes served with actifry sweet potato chips

overitalready · 31/10/2015 15:01
