3lb off and over 2.5 stone altogether. Very pleased Smile

FannyFanakapan · 28/10/2015 06:51

tombstone, well done!

LollipopViolet · 28/10/2015 07:44

I put 2.5lb on last week. Had a much better week this week and weigh in is in 2 hours. Heres hoping for a good result.

CiderwithBuda · 28/10/2015 08:01

Weigh in this morning for me too. Scales at home are encouraging! Want 1.5 lbs to get to my first stone. Will completely kick myself if I haven't done it. I'm fine with food. It's the bloody wine that does me in. Have been very good last two nights though. Had a very weak white wine with soda both nights. Then switched to herbal tea.

Well done to those who have lost. And good luck to those weighing today.

EnglishRose1320 · 28/10/2015 12:43

Weigh in this morning, my first one after my initial weigh in last week and I lost 3lbs, got to try and stick at it now, would love to lose a stone by Christmas

CiderwithBuda · 28/10/2015 13:38

Well done EnglishRose.

I weighed in and lost 1.5lbs which makes a stone in total! Yayyyyy!!!! Grin

It's only taken me four months!

I now want to lose another stone and this time lose by Christmas. I think it's doable. I'm going to up my exercise. I.e do some!

I also made a pact to not drink wine this week. Eek. A young girl who goes to the group I go has gained the last few weeks - her issue is chocolate. So I told her if she didn't eat chocolate this week I wouldn't have wine! And then I went to Asda and as I was looking at a bottle of whiskey for DH I met her and her aunt! Thankfully I could hand on heart say I don't drink whiskey.

I would love to lose 3.5 this week as it would get me into next stone zone. I stand a chance if I stick to the no wine rule.

LollipopViolet · 28/10/2015 13:41

4.5lbs off this morning Grin

FannyFanakapan · 28/10/2015 16:33

well done all you losers!

Buttwing · 28/10/2015 18:18

Thanks for the coffee pisghetti! Smile

Well done to all the losers. Some amazing losses!

I wasn't going to go tonight because I know I haven't lost, but I've decided to face the music I'm hoping I haven't put more than a pound on. I'm back on track now but weekend was really bad, far too many biscuits and general crap eating.

I want to tgi's with the kids today and I'm very proud to say I ordered steak and salad.

EnglishRose1320 · 28/10/2015 19:10

Well done everyone, I am off out to dinner now, must resist the puddings! Do you think there is enough time to lose a stone between now and Christmas, I would love to but don't want to set myself an unrealistic goal, last time I tried I did but I was bf full time and that really helped, ds2 is 5 now, which shows how long I havent been watching my weight!

FannyFanakapan · 29/10/2015 07:58

Well done Calzone, Im dreaming of being a 12....! Heck, a 14 would do me at this point. But I will get there.

I look at the magazine at people who lose 7 stone in a year - blimey, that's dedication. I think I have only gained 4 weeks, and they were mostly hormone related, and usually followed by a 3lb+ loss the following week.

Hoping for a nice 3lb loss this week as I have been exceedingly on plan.

WonderOnTheUp · 29/10/2015 08:29

I have lost a lb this week, it's been s struggle to stay on plan and I failed spectacularly yesterday but today is a new day and I plan to have a few syn free days to make up for it! Next weekend will be hard as I'm spending the weekend in London with family so lots of eating out and wine will be flowing (I haven't had a glass of anything alcoholic in 5 weeks so probably will feel drunk after 1 glass!)

CiderwithBuda · 29/10/2015 10:02

Calzone - well done on your size 12s! I would be grinning from ear to ear. I bought an aspirational pair of size 18 black trousers in Asda yesterday! Haven't tried them on yet.

EnglishRose - I want to lose a stone by Xmas too. It's taken me four months to lose my first stone though! Which is all my own fault. I think it's doable but I figure even aiming for it will get me closer to it than not. That is if I aim for it and don't quite get there I think I'll still be closer than if I just plod along.

My plan is no wine 6 nights a week. I had wine last night so that's me now for the week. Weak white wine soda from now on. Also planning exercise which I am rubbish at. Proper food planning. Lots of free food and speed food with some SP days. Keeping track of food and syns. Lots of fluid.

overitalready · 29/10/2015 10:27

Brill calzone, well done you!

overitalready · 29/10/2015 18:16

Have a nice evening folks :)
