Fucking abysmal couple of days. Mood crashed and the will give any damns was lost.

Onwards. I've got to go to town tomorrow so will grab another massive bag of apples and a sack of carrots, they're my go to snack when my gut is growling.

I have until Friday to claw it back to a maintain, wish me luck!

TwoTonTessie · 26/10/2015 05:47

Lunch on Saturday didn't go too well. Only veggie option was soup served with a filled panini and chips! Asked for just the soup but started picking at the sweet potato fries we ordered for the baby and had a slice of chocolate cake (birthday cake). I don't even like chocolate cake! Anyway - had a really good day yesterday so need to get it all written down and see where I am. Turned down a beer last night. Doesn't sound amazing but I never turn down a drink if DP is having one. On the plus side I've made two recipes from the veggie book which were amazing so my meals have been really enjoyable and free!

Away for a few days this week so will be eating out every night. Will try and spend as much time outside with the baby while the weather is good and see if some exercise will hold off any damage.

Today:
B: overnight oats HeB with plain yogurt and summer fruit mix
L: leftover kisir (a bulgar wheat salad - one of the recipes I tried) and curry loaf (0.5 Syns)
D: eating out... Will try and look up a menu and plan ahead! Will have most of my Syns and HeA to use.....

Pisghetti · 26/10/2015 08:55

ProcrastinatorGeneral · 27/10/2015 10:17

Nice loss purple :)

Stayed on plan yesterday and spent a good three hours rattling around the kitchen swearing and cleaning which has to count as a larger slice of body magic :o

Have had weetabix and a coffee this morning.

Lunch will be 3syns for some ryvita with philly and apple.

Dinner is going to be chicken curry soup with a spoon of rice.

I'm currently educating the local council estate in the awesomeness of Ella Fitzgerald while I clean. The toddler is joining me in a duet of Let's Call The Whole Thing Off :o

Buttwing · 27/10/2015 12:20

Hi all not posted for a bit, finding things a bit tough going at the mo youngest just not sleeping and I've had a stinking cold. I'm feeling better today so I'm getting back on plan 100%. I find it really hard not reaching for the biscuits when I'm tired so even though I'm still knackered I'm going to try and fill myself with lots of lovely slimming world food!! I feel down when I wake up in the morning knowing I've had a bad day the day before.
So far the day looks like this

B-mango,pineapple and passion fruit with ff yog and two coffees (HEA skimmed milk)

S- carrot and cucumber

l- baked potato with beans and bacon

I'm having spag Bol for tea.

Buttwing · 27/10/2015 12:21

Sorry meant to welcome EnglishroseSmile

Pisghetti · 27/10/2015 17:12

Brew for Buttwing I had my first decent night for months last night as DD was only up twice. Then she was an utter MONSTER this morning and I got pretty stressed out. After cleaning a full pan of uncooked porridge off the kitchen floor (see? MONSTER!) I was tempted to just say sod it and go get a cooked breakfast but I know I'd be feeling shitty now if I did that so stuck to plan. Could murder some chocolate though...

Anyway:
B porridge HeB and milk HeA 2 x small wholemeal toast HeB with Philly light HeA, free cherry yogurt
S - leftover curry loaf (very filling so killed the stressed urge to overeat) 0.5 Syns
L - mushroom omelette with salad (proudest moment of the day was answering the question 'chips or salad?' Wink )
S - alpen light bars HeB
D - we're going for indian tonight so some sort of veggie curry and boiled rice.

ProcrastinatorGeneral · 27/10/2015 17:23

I really needed junk today, so lunch included wotsits and a penguin for the princely sum of a whole ten syns.

Worth every single syn:o

TombStoneTessie · 27/10/2015 18:19

I am starving but have weigh in later. I'll have to hang on until then.

EnglishRose1320 · 27/10/2015 18:37

I am really struggling with the one healthy a and one healthy b thing, turns out I really love cheese!

Weigh in tomorrow and if I am the same I will be happy but think it will be a gain!

FannyFanakapan · 27/10/2015 18:47

Half term is stressful isnt it? I attended a day today with DFC and there was LOADS of cake. I resisted (shines halo) - Im in the zone this week and better see those numbers heading down.

B: Bacon, egg, beans, tomato, mushrooms
L: Sandwich (hexB) with smoked salmon, lightest philly, salad. Grapes.
SN: Pear, apple, grapes, orange
D: Orzo risotto (1s) with veg rich leftover beef stew (3s) and a muller.

I made the risotto in the slow cooker using Orzo (pasta that looks like rice) instead of rice, as I knew I wanted to reheat it. It was OK - and I used no fats or cheese at all (although if I was eating it alone, I would add some parmesan). The syns are from the dash of wine I added. Im going to do it again with butternut and sage. (todays was bacon, mushroom and broad bean) Very easy - chuck it all in the slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours, or low for 8. My plan is to have that reheated for lunches.
