B - coffee

L - scrambled egg on wholemeal toast with olive oil spread and smidge of brown sauce

D - chicken breast stuffed with baby bel and mushrooms, jacket potato, salad, roasted toms and wilted spinach

I have a thing with roasted toms and the moment..I can't get enough

I'm also finally bitting the bullet tomorrow and buying some new jeans. My 1st new item of clothing since I started - no idea what size I'm going to have to buy but I'm hoping for one dress size down. Fingers crossed!

Hello all! I'm a long-time lurker who's lost her SW mojo and hopes a bit of online accountability will get me back on track and to target. I joined at the end of January when my baby was 11 weeks old and have lost 5st 7.5lbs so far. Either 10.5 or 13.5lbs to go to target, haven't quite decided (depends on whether 10.5 gets me in a certain pair of jeans.. ) I've been dithering about since the end of July when I went back to work and really need to re-focus. So from tomorrow it's countdown to target!

I'm off to do the school run then get to the shops for opening - that way I can shop in my own fat world without taking the clothes off the hangers so no-one can see the size I'm trying on Blush

i gained 1.5lbs - thats going next week Angry

I reset my target today, taking another 1.5 st off my original. Hoping to get down below 10.5st, and for BMI to be out of "overweight" category.

3.5 off! Absolutely stunned as it's been a shocking week.

I bought the curry book today as there are some awesome looking things in it. We're going to have the chicken coconut soup this week, chucking some rice noodles in to bulk it out.

Turns out I'm now a size 13 Hmm The size 14's were too big and the 12's I could get into but not with much room! I gave up in the end and come home with nothing.

You should have got the 12's! If you could do them up then a couple of good weeks would see them perfect.

0.5lbs off last night which is better than I deserved! Head in the right place again now.

The scales this morning show a 2.5lb loss but can it last until official weigh in next week? If it does that will be another half stone award Smile

B.....Weetabix and milk allowance
S.....raspberries and fat free yoghurt. Maybe a hi fi bar later.
L... crustless quiche and salad
D....chicken and mixed veg in chopped tomatoes sauce

Morning. Out for lunch today for a friend's birthday. I'll probably be seeking out my 'eating out at lunchtime' staple of a jacket potato with beans.

B: 35g porridge HeB, 200ml semi skimmed milk HeA
L: jacket with beans. Maybe cheese as I'll have HeAs to use too...
D: vegetable curry and rice

Hi. I rejoined SW this Morning (got off track being home for summer and then dislocated my knee when I got back to uni) and was made really welcome and fussed over (still on a crutch) .Was tasters this morning so allowed myself 5 syns.

B - yummy bits at SW, 5 syns.

L - 1 Hifi bar (half HEXB). Might have a banana later.

Tea will be a vegetable stir fry (have not been shopping so using the dregs of my fridge and cupboard). Will probably be 0% yogurt after wards. Determined to do well this week!

Not been going so well chez parsnip. Baby teething madly so up all Thursday night leading to reaching for anything sugary or caffeinated at work yesterday. I've now got a stomach bug and have spent all day in bed with a sick bowl not eating anything (which may have cancelled out Friday in a very unpleasant manner). As soon as we're back to normal I'm in there with all you inspiring ladies as initially planned.

I'm still plodding along. Haven't avoided wine as much as I should have but sneaky look at scales this morning was encouraging so feeling a bit more will power kicking in. At least until tonight when DH pours the red wine!

I'm not great at writing down what I'm eating and working out syns so that is my focus now.

Yesterday
B - 2 whole meal toast with marmite and low fat cheese (hex a and b)
L - half pouch of brown basmati rice with Covent Garden skinny spiced chicken and lentil soup - thought was doing well with that but as I had the whole carton it is 12 syns!!!! Serves me right for being such a pig!
S - popcorn and HiFi bar
D - home made SW friendly shepherds pie with sweet potato mash
3 X red wine
2 cream crackers with butter and cheese.

Ouch!!!!

Today
B - 2 whole meal toast with marmite and low fat cheese (hex a and b)
L - home made veg and lentil soup
D - roast beef and roast veg with SW friendly roasties

Fruit for snacks.

Bad weekend for me!

Friday - 2 scrambled egg

I then went out Friday night although no drinking happened i was so tried yesterday that i ate kfc. A whole box meal as well.

then also ate 2 samosas last night

back to it today!
