Wonder honey is one syn per level teaspoon, if you're only using a couple of slices of honey in the cup I wouldn't syn it. Hope you feel better soon :)

I didn't add yesterday's meals. I really want to do it everyday so I'm more accountable. So,

B- muller light, pint of water
L- jacket potato, rest of mayflower curry (2 syns worth)
D- chilli, sw chips, veg

Syns- curry (2), 2x flumps (4), mcain jacket (1), curly wurly (6)

B: 2x small wm toast and light soft cheese (HeA and HeB), beans, tomatoes, poached egg, Linda sausages
S: 2 x hifi bars HeB, 3 Babybel light HeA, fat free vanilla yogurt (had a hungry five minutes Blush )
L: mushy pea curry and brown rice
S: quark with 1/2 highlight sachet 1 Syn

Couple of beers planned for the rugby later too

Get well soon overit- white toast sounds amazing! Glad I don't have any bread in the house or I would be tempted!

Still feeling rubbish today so:

B: porridge, hot water with honey and lemon, cup of tea
L: pea and ham soup (syn free)
Not sure what to have for tea yet as don't have much appetite today
S: banana, Apple, plum and yoghurt

Get well soon to all those feeling poorly!

I'm still feeling rubbish, hoping my mum will have ds after I've taken him to football

Yesterday I had an on letter with peppers, onions and sweet corn in.

Syns for yesterday were:
Extra milk in tea 2.5 syns
25g reduced fat cheese 3.5 syns
2 rich tea biscuits 4 syns

Today I've had porridge and hot water with honey and lemon. Hopefully get to go back to bed later, hate being ill on the weekend!

Hope you all feel better soon. I had that 'coming down with something' bleurgh last week. Hit my appetite for six and I got a bumper loss. Every cloud and all that! Now my cold is actually here my appetite is just fine...

B - 2 x wm toast HeB with light soft cheese HeA, slice cheddar HeA, eggs, cherry tomatoes
L - mushy pea curry and brown rice
D - Linda M sausages, swede, boiled potatoes, broccoli and peas, maybe a glass of wine or a mini magnum
S - hifi bars HeB

The baby has started dropping milk feeds so I'm going to have to drop my additional healthy extras soon Sad

Started off well but my need for comfort food today has been too strong!
B: porridge
L: pea and ham soup

The it went wrong....
4 rich tea biscuits
1 pack of mini cadburys choc fingers
1 toasted tea cake

Will need to get back on track in time for tea!

Hello, may I join your little group? Have about 5.5 stone to lose, been back at Slimming World for 4 weeks and have lost...

2.5lbs.

I've had a much better week this week, but weigh in on Wednesday so will see if it shows up on the scales.

Food diary for today:

B. Honey nut Shredded Wheat and semi-skimmed milk
L. SW ham minestrone soup
D. Roast beef brisket, carrots, parsnips, broccoli, gravy and Yorkshire pudding. (About 6 syns)
Snacks: 1 x Muller Goodies Lemon Meringue yoghurt (2 syns) and some Hartley's Sugar Free Jelly and low fat vanilla ice cream (about 3.5 syns)

So, not a terrible day, hoping I can resist temptation when out all day tomorrow and keep up the good work until Wednesday.

Not a great day today as we were at a friends for lunch. Roast beef and loads of veggies so all not a disaster until the chocolate tart appeared Shock. I'm afraid I did have a little.

Have to be bang on it tomorrow if I have any chance of losing tomorrow.

Today has looked like this....
B: SW quiche using up leftover wrinkly veg.
L: rest of SW quiche
S: free cherry yogurt
T: swede (leftover from yesterday)

I might get around to a proper meal this evening! I have some leftover Spanish Quorn sausage stew which I might have with some rice or potatoes.

Planning to make roasted leek and asparagus fettuccine and aloo gobi deluxe for lunches/dinners for the rest of the week.

I had a toasted wholemeal thin with ham and a muller light for breakfast
Ham salad for lunch
SW chips and SW meatballs with baked beans for dinner.
Snacked on another muller light and lots of fruit. Syns for hot choc and 2 Jaffa cakes.
Weigh in tomorrow and feeling slightly afraid after the chocolate tart yesterday Confused

I have been doing this since January and have lost 2stone 10lbs.....I love slimming world and it is very easy.

Ive just had a sh*t day, and have barely managed to feed myself except crap.

b: oats with fruit
l: Soup (1.5s) mullerlight
sn: Apple, alpen light
D: slice of roast pork. Ham and cheese omlette (2 syn cheese) with tomato

Sn: Flapjack bite (4). SLice of toast (3) wth butter (2)

so im in....just. MOre fruit and veg tomorrow.
