i bought a pair of wonderfit jeans from Asda in medium - which is size 14-16. AND THEY FIT! OK they are stretchy jeans, but THEY FIT. Im a happy bunny.

I think I need to throw away some of my fat clothes. I still find it hard not to think of myself as very large.

Sobbingmess · 12/10/2015 16:48

Hello everyone,

I joined SW 2 yrs ago and lost 3 stone and have stayed about 7lbs over target since. My problem is that I fell 'off' the plan and although have stayed close to target (exercise) I just eat rubbish all the time.

So I have decided to start SW again but sort of in my own without joining, my big question is that I do a lot of exercise - a typical week will see me doing around 15 hrs !! I am not mad this is work related Grin.
Can anyone tell me how this affects the plan, I can't remember if you have to allow for it by having extra or if I just need to do the plan as normal ?

Your help would be appreciated SmileSmile

Joining in with the SW chat...

I started SW a few weeks ago now... So far have lost 8lbs (since I started SW, my highest ever weight - last year - was about 2 stone more than what I am now). Grin

My SW weigh in days are Wednesdays.

I'm pretty good at lunches, okay at dinners, and terrible with breakfasts...

B: Nothing
L: Chicken salad (variety of salad items, no dressings)
D: Salmon, new potatoes (with a teeny bit of butter), vegetables.

Buttwing · 12/10/2015 21:47

Fanny it's such a great feeling going into smaller sizes!!

Hi sobbing I don't think it makes any difference how much exercise you do you still just follow the plan normally.

I bought some of the ready meals this weekend. I've never bothered before as I like to cook from scratch but I went for a nosey as I quite liked the idea of the new soups for when I can't be bothered making my up own. I ended up buying the chicken saag curry which was ok, the shepards pie which was actually quite nice, some burgers (which I've tried before) and a spicy lentil soup which I haven't had yet. I was using the voucher I got in group. Although I would want to eat them all the time they are definitely handy to have in the freezer.

calzone · 12/10/2015 22:15

Top tip.....35g oats is a full fry light lid of oats.

OrianaBanana · 13/10/2015 07:02

Some great losses here!

I'm sorry calzone that sounds really rubbish :-( I hope she can get it sorted.

Sobbing as Buttwing says, I think as you can eat unlimited free food anyway you just eat as much of that as you fancy and make sure you do get in your HEs.

Last week I lost 1.5lbs which I was gutted about as I'd been angelic (I did get my club 10 though!) - so I went off the rails a bit at the weekend. Three SP days til weigh in - this is the second.

B - coffee (HEA), coco shreddies (HEB1)

L - ham salad

D - chilli with plenty of veg, beans and chick peas... Confused

S - two hi fi lights (HEB2) and fruit
