Dogood, been a while since you asked so I hope you know the answer by now! If not, YES, it is just oats and yoghurt mixed and left overnight in the fridge. Chuck some chopped fruit at it and you've got yourself an ace breakfast!

calzone · 04/10/2015 21:08

I love overnight oats......I use the value 90p frozen fruit bag from Tesco.

I just realised that when I replied earlierI was looking at the bottom of page 1 rather than the very last page! Blushes all round!

ProcrastinatorGeneral · 04/10/2015 23:10

I really didn't like the oats. The texture was gritty and grim. I'm sticking to my weetabix, when I remember them that is >__

overitalready · 05/10/2015 08:44

How is everyone getting on weight loss wise?

Anyone brave enough?

I started at 12.12 and this morning the scales show 11.08

Food plan for today :

B - coffee

L - wholemeal roll with ham, cucumber, rocket and lighter than light mayo.

D - shepherds pie with runner beans and peas

I'll add some fruit at some point

FannyFanakapan · 05/10/2015 09:33

I started early January at 16st12 Blush now 12st13.5 so 1.5 lbs until I hit 4 stone. (Only .5 to hit 55lb!) BMI down from 38 to 29.3.

Im very happy with the plan and I have managed to stay on it (more or less) for 10 months. I occasionally lapse, but ive only had 4 weeks when I have gained a pound or two, and usually have that and more off by the next week - often hormone issue.

ProcrastinatorGeneral · 05/10/2015 09:49

Only been going one week but am down from 24 st 6.5lb to a straight 24 st.

Breakfast is a bacon sandwich today, with a builders Brew

Dinner is going to be tuna rice salad for me and the eldest, the other two are having curry. Huzzah for microwaves!:o

I'll join you all if I may?

First meeting tomorrow morning. Dreading weigh-in but I really want to feel better about myself for my birthday in November.

Have done SW once before in 2010 after my 2nd child, but have had another child since and I'm slowly but surely piling on the pounds.

Back tomorrow!

calzone · 05/10/2015 21:57

Welcome blondie......

SW has changed quite a lot since you last did it.

Pasta, rice, meat, fish, fruit and vegetables are all free......

blondiep14 · 05/10/2015 22:01

Oh that sounds like very good news! The Extra Easy plan was just being introduced but my consultant wasn't very knowledgeable/keen so I stuck to what was the green plan mainly!
