Hellooooo, I'm back after a short-ish break, congrats to all for maintaing or losing.
I started at 10st 5lb and now at the 9st 10lb mark, pretty pleased with that. And dropped a size!

I've been eating a lot of meat and poultry and now fancy fish for a change, especially salmon. Tesco do a roasted salmon fillet so might try those.
Also done the chilli speed soup which will be good for the cooler weather.

Does anybody know how many syns are in a baked camembert. Missing those so much, loved dunking breadsticks and tonatoes in yumm......

calzone · 03/10/2015 14:59

Jules......25g is 3.5 syns......

Can I join in please? I just started SW (online) and could do with the support to keep me on track.

DelilahPuddleduck1660 · 03/10/2015 19:57

Do I post what I have eaten today?

Breakfast: coconut Mullerlight, raspberries, and banana

Lunch: omelette with ham, tomatoes, sweetcorn and spring onions. A slice of ham (coz I felt like my ham in my omelette was a stingy amount) two pears, and more raspberries.
Dinner: stir fry vegetables cooked in frylight with fajita seasoning. Grilled salmon, and dried egg noodles cooked in salt water.

Snacks: 2 x alpen bars (healthy extras)
1 x Muller light goodies 2.5 syns
Extra 100ml of semi skimmed milk, I just crave milk like crazy! (2.5 syns)

That looks like soooo much food and to be fair I was so full up all day that I can't even think about the kids freddos in the fridge...

Did I do good? Can I improve anywhere?
